Went to get a hot dog, dogs looked fine but then I went to put on the condiments and they were clearly very old or not well kept, attendant didn’t seem to care.

This is by far the worst convenience store in town, the service is generally poor and it is hard to hear the staff over their own mumbling. Prices are significantly higher than any place in town to trick the kids into overpaying, if you are going for packaged goods then go to dollarama instead. If you need any type of Gordy card you are better off at shoppers because the staff here doesnt know how to activate gift cards. The only redeeming quality is the subway here which is actually a very good quality.

The Indian guys will over charge you and lie to your face about doing it. Always get a receipt and don't buy the 2 for $4 roller bites. They'll charge you $5.50 and say the extra $1.50 is just tax with tax on top of it ffs. 🙄

ZERO STARS GIVVEN.. The kid behind the counter obviously doesn't care about customer service. The pump lights are all off so it looks like the place is closed, I told him and he went back to look and came back and didn't do anything.. The frosty machine was out of order, and slushy machines were all a mess. he obviously doesn't do his rounds.

There is not much room for wheelchairs & mobility ? scooters to get through the front doors, let alone get close enough to the front counter to pay & then turn around to exit the store.

A little petty but it’s the principle. 2 fountain pops at 99cents each the cashier tells me it’s $2.70. Thinking that was off I started paying attention to the register screen. My total was $2.62 (which isn’t right) then he rounded it up. My change due was $2.38 and he gave me $2.30. Lol. I advise paying attention because if there willing to risk losing there job ripping people off 10cents clearly they will do it for more. Pretty disappointing.

Does the lady on nights here take naps? Because everytime I tend to come here the doors locked.. then a lady eventually comes to unlock it so pathetic! 4 customers waiting for entry including myself..

I came in to redeem my prizes from one of circle k's contests. Manager tells me that the program is to bring customers into the store to buy something and asks me what I will buy. I explained I buy my gas at the self service pump, as does my parents. He goes on to give us a hard time about what coke products I can redeem for. I kept having to show him that the prize says any coke product. Then, once I was done he told me not to come here anymore to claim these prizes. I told him if he has an issue with the contest circle k is running that he needs to take it up with circle k. This was a very humiliating and insulting practice. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I will be reaching out to circle k head office as well to file a formal complaint against this person.

As a few others have said. Watch advertised prices. Not only in wrong locations but actually deceptive. If I had time and patience I'd report them as this has happened so many times I am confident its intentional. Signage is vague at best.That aside, I don't think ONE time on a 2 for $3 710ml water promo there have ever been any. Always this franchise and often this location. Bait and switch all over the place. Then they talk yo you like you must be stupid. Will sooner run out gas than stop there again.

My daughter and her friend were having a problem with the debit machine. The lady was terribly rude and disrespectful. They are paying customers just like everyone else and the service was terrible!
