i was screamed at by 2 people. one of which was an old raggedy looking lady with a bald patch and half an eyebrow. we knocked at the back door once when they opened and she came out and yelled at MINORS saying that we couldnt be patient and "mocked" us by banging on the door. the other guy looked like he had downsydrome and was balding. he looked yellow and we were in the aisle holding our stuff and yelled at us to either put it back or stop "fooling around" when we were just looking at shoes . then yelled at us to pick up a ball that wasnt even from us. worst store in elmira.
