If given a list of things to fix on a vehicle for a safety, check over that list very carefully before letting them charge you and work on it. The list I got was half legitimate and half was just blatant lies that a simple inspection of my own could disprove. Extremely disappointed

Decent customer service and speed.However, being charged $99 to simply read an error code, then seperate additional labour to diagnose a basic problem on top of actual repair time seems unreasonable.With that said the rate and labor to do the work itself was reasonable, ignoring the first fee. It doesn't seem like they mark up materials too much which is great, but this also was a very basic repair.

Great service and good staff.Driving into work from Waterloo, I felt an odd vibration at 80km/h so I dropped it off with them to diagnosed the issue. They had the work done before my first break.
