The store carries luxury brands like "Sentaler" and "Atelier Unttld" going to her store just for browsing means "making friendships" as some other customers make you feel like family. Style here is a little more geared towards mature women, but honestly has a little of everything. The customer service was especially notable. “Kindred Spirit is a great store! Lots of beautiful dresses and a fantastic staff. My daughter got a perfect prom dress and jewelry there. The two ladies who helped us were knowledgeable and friendly. They made our dress shopping experience relaxed and fun! Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a formal dress! “You might think this review to be completely absurd but I've been thinking about it all day and I just couldn't help myself! The customer service skills from the girls there were more than outstanding, you could absolutely tell that they were truly lovely people who enjoy helping and engaging... I got a bra fitting done by a girl named Sarah who helped several customers simultaneously with ease. I went into the mall dreading the hunt for a new bra and left happily with 4!! Thrilled!”

“I came in today and exchanged my wool scarf for my grandmother, it was way way passed the return date but the manager helped me with no issues and honored the exchange. The only issue I really had was that the worker that took over for her was seemingly rude, ignored me multiple times when I offered suggestions or tried to speak, and wouldn’t get off her phone, everything else was 10/10”

“Wanted to leave a glowing review for Suzy/Suzie at the Conestoga Mall location of Bluenotes in Waterloo Ontario. She was so kind to help me out and even though it was the busiest time of the year, 2 days before Christmas and I could tell she was under the gun, she still took time to help me out with my exchange and helped me to source another pair of jeans that was equivalent to the cost of the original pair... she could have let me walk out having to pay more and instead was very accommodating! I am a highly satisfied customer and hope Bluenotes head office will give her the recognition she deserves, as I know how stressful it is to work in a retail environment like that. :) Thanks again for your help, Suzy!”
