Staff there are disrespectful, not even close to understanding and have very VERY poor customer service! I’ve give many chances and I will now refuse to give me business. Which sucks because I live in Elmvale and love to support locally, even though it’s a chain. It’s because it’s a chain that there is no respect and poor service. They just don’t care. Shouldn’t be in a nice small town being like that. It’s very sad!

Good experience and they have decent selection of staple goods if the Foodland happens to be close. Would be nice to have more pumps as many times it is busy with line ups, esp in summer

I would have gave 0 stars if I could.After the experience I had at the store along with reading the rest of the reviews it is clear that you should avoid spending your money at this location as best as possible!The manager & the rest of the employees are completely disrespectful & rude.The cashier actually through my change at me after my gas purchase then proceeded to yell racial slurs as I walked out.I am not surprised of the lack of customer service others have received at this location as well while reading the reviews.

I would give 0 stars. I will be filing a formal complaint to Ontario for the lack of care to customers and human beings in general from the BOSS of this place. In a small town full of kind people? Treat people with kindness. Disgraceful management and treatment to those who may be suffering mental illness. They just don't want their reputation ruined even more than it already is. Terrible gas prices, every single customer I've ever spoken to who's been there has been treated like garbage. No sympathy, cold-hearted, money-grabbing business that overprices everything you can either get from Neighbour's or Clover's Variety in the same town. Do not support this corporation. They have enough money already. Support the small businesses in town! Their prices are lower, they care about you, they're kind.- Good luck dealing with HR guys.

I feel as though they tried to scam me, I went in and attempted to pre-auth for pump 3 they ran the full amount as a purchase. I recognized it and had to go in and ask for a refund on the fuel amount my truck didnt take. Guy behind the counter was extremely rude afterwards because I questioned his pre auth payment process, I wonder how many others hes overcharged this way.

Joke of a place. Wish I could give 0 stars. The one cashier is repulsive. Manager isn't bad but still. That God awful stinky cashier makes it nor worth. Also if you have a mask expemption don't bother trying they don't obey them.
