I had open heart surgery in 2023. My wife purchased a power lift & recline chair from Waterbed Gallery Elmvale, Ont for my recovery. I love this chair. I continue to use it due to it's comfort. I recently (10/2024) had a malfunction where one of the power arm fittings broke. I dropped into Waterbed Gallery on a Friday and spoke with Terry who ordered a new motor and arm. The next Tuesday Terry arrived with the new motor and arm. It was installed within a half hour. All the mechanical parts were lubricated. I asked Terry what I owed him. R-"nothing, its under warranty". I meant for him to deliver and install the parts. R- "no charge customer service". We will return to Waterbed Gallery in Elmvale for any future bedroom furniture. Excellent customer service.

I recently had the best experience with Terry. I had been searching for a new bed and he helped me navigate all the options out there and figure out which would be best for me. He was so helpful with all my questions, provided amazing service and knowledge and I am now having great sleeps every night with my Kingsdown mattress. I also picked up a couple of excellent mattress protectors and pillows. I would highly recommend Waterbed Gallery in Elmvale to anyone looking for a great bed!

Great selection of waterbeds and supplies with friendly and knowledgeable service.
Needed a new liner and mattress and the explanation of the different mattress options was helpful to choose what we needed.

I learned from YouTube that modern day waterbeds are filled with layers of fiber to make them motionless. Older ones are just an empty bag. If you have the newer fiber-filled waterbeds be sure to drain the waterbed with a pump. This will drain the bag back to manufacturers status. Not doing so will very likely result in the fiber layers inside shifting out of place. It is very difficult if not nearly impossible to get them back to their original position before refilling the bag with water. I learned the hard way from lack of information. When I bought my waterbed about 5 years ago the sales staff advised me to get a pump to drain the waterbed if it became necessary. Verbal information is easily forgotten. Documentation with the waterbed said the same thing but no one explained why!

Recently made the change to a memory foam mattress after 25
years on a waterbed. I found Mike and Terry kindly helped me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend the Waterbed Gallery, as they are extremely knowlegeable, timely and are happy
to offer support to the customer. First rate service.

I've had a lot of beds. Memory foam, latex, pocket coil hybrids, even hammocks. The waterbed I got here has been by far the best sleep of my life! It's like floating on your back, but warm and dry, and switching up to the side or stomach works just as well. All adjustable to the perfect firmness and temperature. And this is a lovely small family business with incredible customer service. They answered all my questions, and were able to deliver and install even though I'm hours away. I do recommend making the trip out to try the beds in person if you can. The model I had in mind based on just reading turned out to not be something I liked, but with the in-store demos I was able to find something else that was perfect. Plus they've got bed frames with storage drawers, which can be hard to find for heavy mattresses.

This establishment deserves 10 stars. We had ordered some split king box springs from a big box retailer, and there was an issue. We called the Waterbed Gallery and within half an hour we had our new boxsprings delivered to our home!! We have never experienced such great service like this before. The quality of the box springs exceeded our expectations. We are still blown away. Remember to shop local, we should have gone to the Waterbed Gallery in the first place. Also, the cost for the boxsprings was cheaper than the big box retailer as well! Great job to the staff of the Waterbed Gallery you made our day and night as the sleep that night was perfect!!

Small store but have quite a variety of waterbeds. Along with sheets, mattress pad and chemical for the waterbeds. The owners are very friendly and pleasant.
