Ordered a Davan bag with them from the US. New customs regulations were a bit of a challenge for us to navigate around initially, but a phone call to Karger Gallery was met with grace and sincerity. I was pleasantly surprised at the degree of care and kindness this business operates with. I would recommend them to anyone....
