Absolutely horrible customer service online. I bought a part online and they sent the wrong part. I live in a different province so I've been using email to contact them. I started emailing over a month ago, I've got 1 response from their after hours automated response that's it. I'm assuming they're waiting out the return time slot because it's expensive shipping compared to the items worth.

Worst experience i have ever had when dealing with a issue with my truck. A transmission repair took almost 5 months, constantly being told they just needed a few more days or that parts were delayed. When i would ask questions i was told by the service adviser that he didn’t want to answer them because he didnt know what i had already been told.
Even when i was given a loaner truck on a Friday i was called back on Monday to tell me they had given me the wrong truck.
From top to bottom, unorganized, untrustworthy, i will never use this dealership again and would advise anyone else to go else where.

I bought my car at Ford Edge Embrun, and I had a great experience. My sales advisor and the whole experience was so positive. I highly recommend that you buy your car there. My brother also after I bought the car, got his from the same place and had a great experience as well.

After dealing with a big city dealer for years I made the switch and have both vehicles serviced at Embrun Ford.
Andrew in service goes above and beyond and communicates clearly about what each vehicle needs. I'm never pushed for unnecessary items and we are always so well looked after!

Terrible experience from the Fleet salesperson Chris. Over promise on delivery and under deliver on trucks and caps. Then to top it off, they don’t have the paperwork completed after telling us it’s ready for pick up. Stay away from this Ford dealer.
