My husband & I have come to this pharmacy for a few years. We always get outstanding service. Ayad is very knowledgeable, always happy to share his knowledge, and will go above and beyond to best support his clients. Thank you to all of you at RX Pharmacy Embrun. This pharmacy is now a joke. Last year I gave a 5 star rating to Marina and her staff, now it deserves 1 star. There have never been so so many screw ups, delays and dropped requests for refills as we have had to suffer though as now. Trying to get through on the phone is next to impossible, customer sercice and value added service are a thing of the past. When I mentioned this to the owner (?) he says he does not have enough staff.
"Well hire some help and provide a better service."

Since Marina left, it's like the team replacing her have no clue what their doing. The pharmacist who's there this morning is telling me that the technician will know more than he does. That doesn't inspire my trust in the pharmacy if the pharmacist can't even locate a prescription i called in last week and confirmed Thursday that it was in and ready.

Everytime I come into this pharmacy the staff so nice while helping me and the new assistant is so sweet and caring and does everything she can to help me out. I feel so bad she has a broken leg and still goes above and beyond for me. The new manager seems very nice and is very professional and kind. They need more staff because when they are not working the service is okay but the random pharmacist are not helpful at all and neither is that newest young assistant, she doesn't seem to know what she is doing at all

The service at this pharmacy has declined significantly since Marina left. Depending on who you get now it can range from adequate to absolutely terrible. What ever happened to service with a smile and work ethic!!

Marina knows many of her clients and greets them by name. She and her staff are great. They have even gone the extra step, by calling another pharmacy, to ensure I received an emergency prescription
