Terrible experience. Pay inside method create a huge line at the cashier - who is extremely rude. Mobil applacation doesn't work. You need to go back a second time to get you receipt - huge line again, because pump doesn't print receipt. Top of that the rude unprofessional cashier making face and smirking at you. Most likely never ever use that gas station.

Great gas station .. always have gas. The staff are pleasant, washrooms clean. Excellent service!

Public washrooms are extremely disgusting!!!! 8th time we've been there so far in 2024 and always the same!!! Doesn't Esso have better standards?????

Actually I rate this establishment zero stars, even though Google doesn't appear to supply an option for that. Don't be fooled by outward appearances, this looks like a clean and friendly place to stop and stretch your legs, refuel, grab a coffee. BUT upon entering the inviting vibe vanished and was quickly replaced by a major sketchy feeling, I would even go so far as to say a sense of dread. The customer service was nearly nonexistent. The bathrooms were disgusting to the extreme. The only exception being the young person working behind the counter who served me in Tim's, clearly being run off their feet, my heart goes out to them.

Zero stars. Filled up for $25 and got charged twice for $25. Went back the next day to be reimbursed and showed them my debits but was told one is pending and the other one will go through. Wait 12 to 24 hours. Next day, both $25 withdrawals still showing in bank account. Called them and was told to wait 2 to 3 days and the manager hung up on me.
Very rude. Never have I been so mistreated by customer service before.
Not planning on going back ever.
