“Kind staff were very helpful and understanding of my dilemma of being 7 hours away from home for work andforgetting my health card. I ended up with a bladder infection and needed antibiotics right away (everyone knows how uncomfortable those are and how urgent it is to get the medication) they were kind enough to accept the photo of it I had, even though they require having it, but understood my discomfort and the urgency and allowed the photo with my driver's license and just typed in the number and filled a script for me right away. I got in with the consulting pharmacist almost instantly upon arrival (I called ahead) and they put it through and cashed me out before continuing with any other orders ahead of me. Such genuine people, went above and beyond their expected duties, bent some rules, and made my otherwise very unpleasant day, way more manageable ❤”
