I'm a disabled Senior with invisible ailments but still try to be independent! DON'T NEED THIRD DEGREE QUESTIONS! DUH
I went into Pharma Save in Englehart Ontario .
Well first there was an annoying person chasing me around the store asking me if I needed Help? many times, that made me upset and I forgot to get some things? grr I don't make lists! bc I prefer to check each Isle individually. I was trying to see what they had?
I asked them for Rubbing Alcohol 90% and they were hiding it behind the Counter like COVID WAS STILL IN EFFECT AND THEY WERE RUNNING OUT! Ration so I said I wanted 4 of them.
They asked me Why and what I was going to use it for?
OMG INVASION OF PRIVACY. 😳
They said they are not allowed to give out more than one without consent of pharmacist whom was NOT AVAILABLE BC HE WAS IN COUNSELING ROOM? and If I wanted to wait? WHAT?
So I asked to use washroom?
NO WASHROOM AVAILABLE for Customers!
THE COUNSELING ROOM HAS BIG SIGN ON TOP "COUNSELING " LOL IT WAS HUGE maybe 10x10.
BIG ENOUGH TO ADD WASHROOM IN IT.
So I left DON'T have time for this
STUPIDITY.

Was emotionally hurt today after asking for an advance of one week of meds due to getting paid at the end of the month. So i am on limited funds and cannot afford my deductable at the moment. So asked for a favour and he rudely declined me and showed pooe customer service. Wow i was surprised and dumbfounded.
