Yesterday, after trying to book an appointment with my doctor and being told I’d have to wait until next week, I figured I’d try going in to Rexall and speak with the pharmacist. Shireen was extremely helpful, smart, and nice. She suggested a couple different medications off the shelf and explained what might be going on with me based on my symptoms. I feel much better today than I did yesterday and am happy I decided to go in. Thanks for the help!

RUDE PHARMACISIT!! Just plain out rude. I attended the pharmacy to purchase an item (Zonic Nicotine Replacement Therapy). The pharmasicts stated they would only sell ONE item to me when I requested to purchase more than one. When I asked where the policy was to support them limiting consumers on the item they stated they don't have one but they would only sell me one..... When I told them they cannot limit items without a sign or a policy the parhmacist became extremely stand offish, rude, and unpleasant. She reluctantly sold me TWO but stated she wouldn't sell them to me again which is laughable because, no just no hun......
They make up their own rules and make customers who are buying legal items feel like they are doing something wrong. I am out right disgusted by the treatment I recieved. Brush up on your policies before pushing them to your consumers. Another pharmacy in Georgetown was SHOCKED that this item was being limited by the Rexall Pharmacy in Erin. Also, the pharmasicts are willing to sell more than one nicotine spray replacement therapy but unwilling to sell the item I needed... Make it make sense.

I'm disappointed that the pharmacist was not capable of discussing medical and non medical ingredients in mouthwash products . Which suggests to me recall does not hire or employ properly trained pharmacist . This does not present a level of trust you would expect to expect in this position.

I love this store. Been going there awhile now. They did my covid and flu shots. Pharmacies have been taking on a heck of a lot more than they used to. They do so much more since covid so of course there will be a huge learning curve. I have never found anyone rude in this store, front or back end staff.

Why did you stop calling when my refill was ready for pickup? Well if you ask the pharmacist they don't know. And if you ask them to fix it they don't know how. This means that it does not get fixedI called early this week and was told that my prescription would be ready later in the day, and that I would receive a call. 4 days later still no call. So I ask, why should I trust them when they cannot even call when it is ready for pick up.

Worst customer service from the pharmacy rep with the East Asian accent. I called to refil a prescription from another pharmacy, and then I was subjected to the bad attitude from her. She started her sentence with a loud sigh followed by a very frustrated OH GOD! THIS IS NOT HOW IT WORKS. Super rude attitude from the same person over multiple visits to the pharmacy. If she hates her job so much maybe she should find something else to do and leave that position to someone that deserves it.

Really friendly staff, especially in the pharmacy. This location also carries a good variety of foods from M&M Meats, which is a nice addition.

The worst customer service at the pharmacy that can ever exist. Rep argues with customer in front of everybody about what the information on a label. Then when proven wrong, does not even have the courtesy to apologize. Absolutely horrible about calling people regarding their prescriptions.

Been dealing with this locations for years until a recent experience with new staff. I have trusted this pharmacy with prescriptions and other services previously but it seems that the store only hires people that have little to no experience with what they are doing.
