“bought some terra boots online and the manufacturer messed up and wrote the wrong size on part of the boot and package. prior to figuring this out i spoke with an employee there, kelly. i wanted the correct boots shipped there, so i could make one trip and swap out the boots. upper management at marks is a bit screwed up in the heads and have some off policies so was having issues getting this accomplished... kelly was excellent. solved the issue and figured out that the manufacturer was the one that messed this up. great service!”
