Incredible and efficient service to book with Roy and his team! I moved from one condo to another and Roy and team got everything completed in under 3 hours. He gave a very reasonable quote considering everything that had to move and I'm very happy and impressed with the service I received. A big thank you to Roy and team!! Highly recommend.

Roy was very helpful and very responsive. We changed the date, and he was super accommodating. Given we were last-minute in our booking, they really came through. The price charged was what was quoted, and nothing was charged until the time of the move. Been reading lots of negative reviews, and that's why I felt I needed to post this.

Roy is a scammer, likke all other reviews say.I was hired by him to do a specialty service for some pool tables, which we did promptly and professionally. He refused to pay me for the work, saying he will call me back or etransfer me the funds and that never happened. It's been almost 2 months now.NEVER WORK WITH HIM OR HIRE HIM TO DO ANY WORK. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Please don’t ever book them.This person took advance from us and left us stranded on day of moving.Never came during the moving day nor received our calls.Our money is gone and at the end we got in to so much trouble. Never ever book with them!

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.Roy initially will show you that he is professional and act like he is the best in town but in reality he has "THIEVES" in his team. Yes you hear me right - thief. One of his team members (i think he knows it and the other members have the same habit) has stolen my Samsung note 9 from my desk at the time of moving. Yes i have proof that he has stolen it. As soon as i moved in and i realized that they have stolen my stuff i informed Roy. At that time i was supposed to pay the rest amount (CAD 700) and Roy told me to pay the due after that he will compensate this with CAD 150. With good faith i paid him the due and till now he is not receiving my calls.He has 6 members in team and 2/3 persons are totally useless. But he is gonna charge you high showing that he has more people in his team.Most importantly they will steal your valuable stuffs.Even Some guys have taken foods (cookies, coke etc.) without taking permission.DON'T recommend this company. Stay away

We used ABC moving through a colleague of mine. The process seemed very easy however the payment was very expensive. $1200 for a whole weekend. 6 guys in dirty clothing and smoking. They went from stoney creek to pick up some furniture, made my mom wait an hour and she was working and then the initial move in date it took a long time. Will not use again

Very unprofessional people. Roy, the manager, cancelled after three hour waiting. He told us there was a flat tire issue. We tried to call many time for an update. Roy never answered our calls. He called back two times to say no worries. Finally Roy send a text message saying after three hours waiting that we have to find another mover. No excuse, no call. We were very stressed out. They didn't offer us to move later or the day after.

It's now been 2 years and he never returned my table) this man is a B and I hope someone beats him HIS FULL NAME IS ROY BENIPERSAUD GOOGLE HIM HE WAS A FUNERAL HOME OWNER WHO LOST HIS LICENSE DUE TO ILLEGAL SHADY ACTIVITIES HE IS NOT A REAL MOVING COMPANY!!! ABC moving also goes by another name A1 storage and moving. I WOULD NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY! ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE REAL AND TRUE. They are late,slow,unprofessional scam artists constantly changing prices from 70.00 per hr to 95.00. My friends and I had to help them move alot of my stuff it took them almost 5hrs just to load the truck for my 1 bedroom apartment in which I lived alone. I already moved my boxes the night before all they had to move was my furniture and some mirrors and pictures. They broke my brand new Leon's table which I havent even finished paying for, Roy promised it was an easy fix and would get it back to me ASAP. That was over 2 weeks ago I call over and over he says this friday ...then next friday then he said today which is sunday I have not heard from him today and I called no answer. So now I'm going to file a police report for theft and report this company to the better business bureau. THIS WAS THE MOST STRESSFUL MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND IM MISSING MY BEAUTIFUL LEONS END TABLE I JUST PURCHASED 6MONTHS AGO (Aria end table mirrored glass) it's on the Leon's website it's a new collection. Please save yourself time loss and stress do not book with this trashy moving company ZERO STARS IS MY RATING. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HIRED A COMPANY AND PAYED THEM FOR A JOB AND HAD TO DO WORK MYSELF ITS DISGUSTING!

Lost all the legs of our beds and sofa during the move. Roy said he will come back and give us back the legs after he searches his truck. Paid him full money in good faith and never heard back. The drawers from all our Chesters were dumped randomly and we had to figure out what goes where. The beds they assembled were missing parts and had to be disassembled and reassembled. Nightmare of an experience. Never again.

Top movers in the gta. Everything went accordingly. Roy got lots of helpers and the rate was most affordable out of all other GTA companies.
