I called to find out about my used SUV which I bought 2 weeks ago from Yorkdale Toyota (Transmission required replacing after 2 weeks of driving). The Toyota dealership sent it to Aligntek for repairs. When I called Aligntek to find out about my SUV and what were the issues with it, Aligntek give me a story about the car just got there 2 mins ago and midway through the conversation I was told it is coming today and at the end of the conversation I was told it will be there on Friday (today is Wednesday). Should I say more?

I've been taking my vehicles for service to Aligntek since 2008 when I lived in Etobicoke. Even when I moved to other cities in Ontario such as Windsor, Simcoe and Stratford, it was worth making the drive to Aligntek for service. The staff provide great service at a great price and will only do work that is necessary. They are extremely knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. I've even asked their advice when purchasing new vehicles. Aligntek, This is a shop you can trust and provides excellence in every aspect of vehicle maintenance.
