I hate to leave such a negative review, but I am extremely displeased with my experience while shopping. I visited on the morning of December 22nd, and while the store was clean and organized, the lady assisting me had an unpleasant odor. Please provide hygiene training for your staff, as this issue ruined my experience.

I was came looking for some items, they were just as expected, loved the style and color!! Samantha was a great help in making the shopping experience easier and helped me find all the articles I needed with a bright smile. Great experience and great clothes!!

I was phoning about the viral Cindy Loo PJs. I got Sarah (not sure if that’s her spelling) she was AMAZING!!She looked up where to go and made suggestions. Great Customer Service- thanks Sarah!! I got my Cindy Loo top. ❤️ Merry Christmas

I love the assortment of this clothing store.
It's a shame that there isn't much to look for in terms of promotions and prices, prices are generally average or higher.
The staff is super good.

I usually have a great experience at this location minus the wait for the change room but this time around my experience was top tier. I asked one of the workers, Rachel M, whom I have a similar body type too, about an article of clothing that she was wearing. She did nothing short of give me information and details and helped me out. Sarah H also helped me and kept running to the back to get me more sizes. They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. 10/10 customer service.

I had an amazing experience while shopping at this store. It was July 5th at around 2pm. The lady at the fitting room was nice and friendly. She assisted so many customers in a pleasant and professional manner. The cashier or store attendant were also helpful. I would like to commend one of their staff, her name was Melinda (or Melissa). She’s very patient and helpful when I did my returns at this store. I was able to buy 3 jeans here and happy with my purchase. Would go back again.

Just walked out of Aerie Sherway Gardens location June 24 where the associate only greeted Caucasian customers even as I was trying to find my size in a dress. She looked over and walked away. Sweetie I am a proud, educated and Senior manager in my career. You just lost the company a customer. I will be sure to tell my friends and family to no longer support an establishment that is NOT inclusive. Shame! Do better.

An item I ordered in the store was not shipped to my home. While the situation was frustrating, a staff Melina, I spoke to , was very helpful in finding an innovative way to help me. Thanks Melina for your kindness, attentiveness and thinking outside of the box :)
