If you bring drinks you're paying for the mixer 8 to 10 dollars, I feel like it was a scam at some point I expected less for my service..
The price is something you should consider. It's a scam.

If you bring drinks you're paying for the mixer 8 to 10 dollars, I feel like it was a scam at some point I expected less for my service. The guy was friendly and all but the price is something you should consider. It's a scam. The vibe is good but the price is a cheat.

Absolutely terrible experience. The shisha was awful—completely burnt within minutes and tasted like they reused old tobacco. The flavors were bland and artificial, and they clearly don’t know how to prepare a proper bowl. The environment was suffocating, with poor ventilation that left the entire place filled with stale smoke. The seating was uncomfortable and filthy, with torn cushions and sticky tables. The music was obnoxiously loud, making it impossible to relax or have a conversation. To make matters worse, the pricing was absurd for such a low-quality experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst place to ever go with friends.
We were 10 people on Saturday evening and they never told us that they are short staff, but still they took our order and literally took almost 50mnts to eve bring appetizer! I mean really???
Can't even complain about the bad vibes and overall service 👎👎👎. Even MacD is more faster and vibeful than this dark dungeons place with no good music, no service and no quality.
Ordering appetizers, few drinks and sheesha can only cost you 300$ here.
Choose your place wisely.

Food was good but what you get doesn’t match the price meaning; I ordered Maggie noodles that were 10$ but it was served in a paper plate with plastic forks and spoon and it was like they cooked at 30¢ pack of Maggie and just charged 10$ for it. The noodles were good just not 10$ good. Shisha was about 27$ it smoked well which was good but once again for a place so mid 27$ is what u pay at a higher upscale shisha place where as this one seems more underground/ unknown. So if u wanna come here it is good for late night because they close at 7 am other than that it’s not really what I was expecting. For the future they should get real cutlery and plates, bigger portions and more light as well just so it’s not too dark

We were disappointed by the lack of menus, which left us surprised when the bill arrived. The prices we were quoted did not match what we were ultimately charged, leaving us unsure of what we were actually paying for.
Additionally, the ventilation in the venue was poor. After sitting there for over an hour, several of us ended up with severe headaches.
While we enjoyed the Shisha itself, the unexpected costs and uncomfortable environment detracted from our visit.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this place. Firstly, the music is very annoying. Secondly, the shisha is bad. I ordered a double apple and the flavor was incense, Thirdly, I had a severe headache because of the shisha. There was a breeze that caused the headache. Fourthly, the price was exaggerated at $30. I thought I was in Dubai. Or Miami, a bad experience that I would not recommend even for a dollar👎🏻

Had an amazing time at Black Rose in Toronto! The shisha quality here is top-notch with an impressive selection of flavors that are rich and smooth. The lounge itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay for hours.
