Poor service, under staffed ( at one time only 1-2 tellers working)leading to long wait times . Seen many elderly people waiting with hardly any seating space..

Worst bank ever. Don’t go to this branch! No answer the phone calls or email. Regret to open the account hereBesides, Do not book the appointment with Pankaj. He doesn’t have any enthusiasm for his job , his office smelled really bad and even we asked him basic stuff, he still needed to look it up. Not even familiar with the job (He knew the reason why we came here was to ask for opening the new account)In the end, I didn’t do anything for this appointment. It really wasted my time. I was going to book another appointment with another person but end up, i decided not to open the new saving account and GIC here.

Very unprofessional!!!! Never returns phone calls... even though it says phone calls returned at end of day!!!!!Had a phone appointment today with Marlene and she didn't call...wasted my whole day!!!Customer service is appalling!I am disgusted.!!! I have been a customer of BMO for over 30yrs and am seriously considering moving to another bank...The lack of service is unacceptable!!!!Edit: Finally, after almost a week I received a call back.....very rude!!!! No manners! SMH

always great service but Gail stands out from the rest & she helped me/my father out with a couple of issues eloquently & it’s very much appreciated ?also off topic but i’ve read the 1 star reviews & they seem to be difficult people to deal with in general. would not take them seriously in any way..

Wish I could give a 0 star review. Booked an appointment through the app with Pankaj Pawar, who was over 20 minutes late for our meeting. This is despite signing in with the teller who notified him that we were waiting. I had done my research in advance and told him exactly which credit card I was applying for. I asked for paperwork of the application I had signed, and he said that there was none and anything would be mailed to me (I've never not left the bank with a book of paperwork). The next day I looked at my BMO app only to find that he had applied for not only the wrong company (visa vs MC) but also the wrong rewards program. Seriously?! If you want to go to the bank to make more work for yourself, go to this branch.

Horrifying experience at the branch and the branch manager simply would not assist -claiming she was "too busy". Myself and my father will be taking our assets elsewhere.

I visited this branch today to open some accounts for my brother. The service was very quick and to the point. The staff who opened account and the bank teller were very nice and supportive.I accidentally dropped my cash there but the bank teller spotted it after I left, a big shout-out to him. It was a satisfactory visit.

I had a horrible experience at this branch. My Second bad experience: I made an appointment to apply for a business credit card (for the account we have with BMO for a long time). Nobody at the branch was willing to help me. They said the commercial manager would call me within 5 days, but she never did. Instead, a teller called today and said I have to pay $1000 dollar just to "apply" for the credit card!? What type of bank charges you $1000 for a credit card application?

Incompetent and rude! Every transaction was a headache to get done! Nobody returns calls or makes the promised follow-up call. Front-end staff are openly lazy, bouncing off duties to each other and unwilling to help. NOT all of them, but MOST of them. No apologies given for mistakes THE associates make on your bank accounts. At an age when routine banking can be online, this branch makes it a point to have you haul your a** over because of their mishaps! If you like having to make at least 2 visits to a branch to accomplish anything, THIS is the branch for you. VERY POORLY MANAGED!

I visited this branch a few times since I recently moved to near this bank. The atmosphere was very good, and specially the staff named Jennifer was always very friendly with a bright big smile.I am happy to have this branch as my home bank.
