Daniele, the Bank Manager, has always exhibited an all-hands-on-deck type of philosophy in filling in as a Bank Teller when the line-ups are long despite all of the efforts of the excellent tellers. Yesterday, I was at this new bank branch, the one near Costco, and saw Daniele once again helping out customers, always showing a positive, friendly attitude. Why would I want to do online banking when I can always get great customer service from everyone at this beautiful new bank branch? Big recommendations from me!

For everytime I have visited, Francis has been unprofessional as she is condescending with how she has spoken with me along with her apprehensive comments regarding my needs. In my most recent visit, she did not even say hello.It is only when the supervisor is present, that Francis started to act nice and caring towards me and the contrast was stark when it came to customer service between the supervisor and Francis.I committed each of my visits in a patient and professional manner and to see this unprofessional service being granted towards the customer is concerning.

I deeply regret my decision to open an account for my newly established business at the BMO Rexdale branch. My experience with the Personal Banker, Shannon McQueen, has been nothing short of abysmal. The number of times I had to physically visit the branch, often for a simple document signing, reached an astonishing six to seven visits.To compound matters, obtaining a credit card through their services was an arduous ordeal. Initially, Shannon provided incorrect information on the credit card application, which led to a never-ending cycle of document requests. It became clear that she heavily relies on the Branch Manager, Mesfin Tsegaye, who unfortunately lacks a customer-centric approach.When I voiced my grievances on Twitter, I received a call from Mesfin himself. Rather than addressing my concerns directly, he evaded the issue, displaying a complete lack of remorse for the difficulties I faced as a customer. Even when I mentioned the possibility of taking my banking needs elsewhere, he exhibited a disturbing lack of concern or worry. This raises serious questions about the level of customer care his subordinates are expected to provide, if any.In light of these circumstances, I implore BMO to take a closer look at these reviews and reflect upon why the Rexdale branch has received an avaerage rating of mere 2.5-stars. It is crucial for the bank to understand the dire need for change and improvement within this branch. The experiences I've described should serve as a wake-up call, urging BMO to reassess the managerial practices and customer-centric values that are sorely lacking.

This BMO has to be the worst location there is. They are incredibly slow to move the line along and equally as slow while at the wicket. They have their heat on full blast so leave your coat in the car unless you want to sweat profusely… no seriously. A couple of their tellers never look like they know what they’re doing. There ATM section is always filthy and I’ve come across homeless people spending the night inside. I’m all for keeping warm but it’s still unnerving a bit. So I’m writing this review as I’m standing in front of the wicket, because well, I have the time But to prove my lack of confidence in this location more, as I’m writing about how incompetent their tellers are, the teller made a mistake on my accou and added an extra 2k into my chequing. It’s these careless mistakes that have you waiting longer. Avoid this BMO if you can. I’m sure they’re lovely people, when they’re not screaming your personal banking account information and balances, but I think they could stand to have a refresher course.

I came to pick up a debit card after being told my driver’s license was expired, just to be revoked again!! Despite having a temporary paper proving that my license is valid in the meantime until my new license arrives via mail. Wasted 20min for nothing! I went to another BMO branch that promptly helped me hassle free!

This branch makes me want to close down my whole account. Everyone is moving at a glacier pace, even though they clearly have a long line. I wasted 30 mins my whole lunch break to deposit a cheque. It’s the same situation every day. Have some sense of urgency.

Useless location. They have like 2 tellers while atleast 15 people are waiting in line.Dont waste your time here. Drive 5 more minutes to goreway and derry where they actually got an educated manger running the location.

The Personal Banker (Nertila Pajaj) was exceptionally good. Nertila has excellent customer service skills and has very good knowledge about BMO products and services. Nertila Pajaj should be promoted to Branch Manager position soon.
