“I have had my Tesla repaired at other auto body shops and the level of detail of quality from Frank/VP of Operations and his crew is undoubtedly superior to many others. I have had been utilizing 427 Auto Collision for 30yrs when required however due to convenience whether geographical location or time line schedules I have been reminded that convenience does not amount to quality by others. “As a brand new car owner I felt really unclear of the change of owner and safety check process and never having interacted with an auto shop/mechanic before I was hesitant and apprehensive, afraid I was going to be scammed. However after a quick phone call to the shop I did feel at ease with all the help: options and quick turn around time, the ability to book an appointment but also encouraged to just drop . I did end up spending more than cost of the safety check but I am happy I trusted my gut after that phone call because I feel like I made the right choice. It was worth the 50 minutes of traffic both ways.”
