Before, I've been dealing with various locations of Brafasco (Mostly Vaughan, Etobicoke Hyw 27, Brampton, Oakville and others), but this Morning was my worst experience at this branch(84 QE blvd). The front desk representative has a bully attitude and seems like he just came out from a school. Person was constantly mocking and passing irritating comments on whatever I was asking. Another gentlemen intervened and tried to help but that guy never stopped being a Bully.I feel this was more like a "Racial discrimination" at this particular location.Seems like this person got his job based on NEPOTISM.Brafasco: This is not good.??

It's Laura--it's Laura you should talk to if you come here. If she's not around I'm sure any of the other qualified staff will help you, but I've had such a good customer experience with her that I feel compelled to mention her in a review.I came here to get a fastening nut for an old faucet and she did everything she could to find the piece I needed. Eventually she found something at a US supplier, which was quite a feat given how rare this part is.Thanks for the great service, Laura, I really appreciate it!

The service at this store is amazing. A machine screw must have become loose on my camping stove as when I checked it before my camping trip the gas head was lose and unusable. I tried contacting the manufacturer to get a replacement or confirmation of the screw size but they were no help. The Big Box stores could not help. Jason at the Queensway store took time out of his day to search for the right screw to fit and was successful. I was expecting and willing to pay for a whole bag/box of screws in order to not have to replace the whole camping stove. He not only gave me the screw I needed, but swapped out the other screws and gave me a couple of spares, all for free!So kind and courteous. I will be back for sure for my Reno and home repair needs.

The manager is a complete j**** I normally buy $300-$400 worth of hardware every week or so and when I come in to get a pack of nuts they tell me minimum order of $25!! When I ask the manager why he gives me attitude and says what do you do? I tell him I am a sign guy he says would you install a sign for a $100? Actually I have charged lessWill never go back here!! I don’t come in for extortion and attitude

I decided to go with Red Head an epoxy concrete anchoring system Brafasco carries. Victor and Robyn dug into their website to confirm it meets the specs my engineer called for, even printed it up for me. Part of the system was to be delivered the next day, when I called they said the currier was delayed. Victor switch currier company and got same day delivery and absorbed the cost. Couldn't be happier with they're service.

Don't expect any help or semblance of customer service. The people who work here are miserable and unwilling to lift a finger for you unless you have an account and even then I've watched them upsell clients. I came in for a machine screw. 1 single solitary screw that they said cost $0.07. 7 cents. They wouldn't sell it to me because they said that without a business account I had to spend at least $25. Do you know what kind of business has a minimum purchasing amount? A dying, failing, on its way out type of business. I couldn't justify spending $24.93 for a 7 cent item and the sales person...let's call him Vic, was absolutely unwilling to help me. I asked a fellow customer who had an account if they were willing to put the 7 cent screw onto his purchase that he was about to pay for and I would give him the cash for it. At the moment when he was beginning to comprehend the situation and looked like he might help, Vic noticed and changed the price of the screw to $3.00. Who does that? At that point I was thoroughly disgusted with this individuals lack of professionalism and empathy as a human being so I left, but not before getting his name. Thanks Vic for all your help. Your poor character has now reflected onto the company you work for and you've made not only yourself look like a clown.I promptly drove to Bolts+ on the north side of Etobicoke. I told the sales person what I needed, didn't even ask if I had an account. He brought back the screw and said have a nice day. Thats right, he gave it to me for FREE. Because he, was a decent person who had enough sensibility not to charge someone 7 cents for hardware that they obviously needed. Thanks Bolts+, I will be leaving a nice review for that location.

A great shop, with very helpful and accommodating staff. This shop is a turn key solution for site safety materials, with the buying power to beat bulk pricing on most items, particularly consumables. Highly recommended.

Walked in and was immediately asked what I needed. Didn't think that they would carry what I needed, but to my surprise, Robyn took me over to the locks. Got an incredible lock at an great price, and great A1 service. Way to go!!!

I was served by Robin and she was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She knew I needed locktite when I didn't know I needed it.As for the guy with the bad review, the minimum purchase is $10. That's not outrageous. Prices for what I bought were good. I was very happy with them.

In a time of a outbreak of a deadly disease... brafasco has decided to limit sales for account holders only. I myself not holding an account, walked into their store today. Didn’t see any signs pertaining to the matter. Walked up to the lady putting myself and her at risk only for her to tell me they’re not selling to me. What an absolute joke. I would have rather not risk myself getting sick and saved myself from walking into the store in the first place. NO SIGNAGE WHATSOEVER. Thanks for letting me walk into your store only to be rudely turned away.
