I visited the store on October 22 between 12:50-1pm, and I must say, my encounter with an employee of the store with a brown skin tone left me utterly appalled. In a manner that can only be described as rude and obnoxious, he brazenly circled me, loudly inquiring about the origin of my UGG boots. It's beyond me why he felt the need to question a customer like this, especially since he should be aware that UGG is a well-known brand. To make matters worse, he loudly announced that my boots looked old and suggested they were out of stock, going as far as to claim they should be thrown away. This level of rudeness and unwarranted commentary is completely unacceptable, and I was made to feel not only embarrassed but also bullied during what should have been a straightforward shopping experience. I've attached photos of the boots I was wearing for reference. This behaviour has no place in a store, and it's my sincere hope that the management addresses it promptly and ensures other customers are not subjected to such unprofessionalism.

Not worth the price. I purchased a pair of $300 leather heeled boots from Artica (shoe line by Browns) less than a year ago. The leather on the heel completely shredded. Such a bummer - they were so cute! Unfortunately I will not be buying Browns brand boots again.

cashier gave me the dirtiest look when i said i don't want to buy their shoe polish. their shoes quality is too low to bother with polishing, just wipe down with damp rag

I am happy about my purchase from Browns. I purchased Timberland snow boots, they are comfortable and keep my feet warm. The service that I liked the most was they chose to deliver my shoes as my size was out of stock when I visited the store.Thank you.

Wanted to exchange some boots I received as a gift for a half size larger. Once I found out they didn’t have it in stock they tried to get my to try on the boots again to see if they fit, which they were did not, then didn’t really offer a solution beyond ordering them to the store - which I didn’t really want to do as they were 400$ boots. I understand they’re trying to save the sale, but I just want to be sure before committing to boots that expensive. I finally just asked to exchange the boots for store credit.The woman helping with the store credit/exchange said maybe two word to me and made me feel extremely unwelcome and like an inconvenience. She talked with her coworkers and seemed happy to talk to them, so just made me feel like I shouldn’t be bothering them or taking up their time. Wish I had been able to just get a refund or something or just not made to feel like I didn’t belong as a customer.

The shoes & products I love love love. I like to shop here for the products but honestly the employees make this place feel very unwelcoming. They also hunt you like sharks you can feel them trying to get the sale. What happened to great products letting them sell themselves? I go to Sherway often but will pass the store based on how the employees look that day. That shouldn’t be how a loyal customer feels. Please fix this store so I can freely walk in.

Today I went with my boyfriend to get shoes from this location and the two employees that are working there as sales people are so very rude and incompetent that it’s almost shocking .They are very rude and Refuse to help and are clueless about inventory.Never will go to this location of Browns .

Horrible manager and a liar, went to this store to pick up an online order and was told one of my shoes were going to arrive later by the manager, I asked to be delivered at my house he said no, I asked for a refund he said was not possible I need to wait my shoes to arrive at his store at a later date. I called Brown’s corporate they told me the boots were never going to arrive because they no longer have the boots. If I didn’t call Brown, I would be waiting for my boots forever. What the heck!!! This manager is the worse!! I will never buy anything from this store again.

Horrible customer service.Felt like the gentleman didnt want to help me.Asked for a size and he gave me a dirty look. Like i couldn’t afford the shoes.Then another customer asked for a pair of shoes was on sale. Went here to look for office shoes. Was greeted extremely rudely by a guy just because I asked him which shoes were 50% off (there’s a sign on the window which says there are shoes up to 50% off).The guy proceeds to rudely say, “that’s not how things work around here, it’s not 50% off?” Okay then genius, why is there a 50% off sign on the window then?LTDR - wouldn’t recommend this location, extremely rude staff and the prices aren’t even genuine.
