When I entered the store with my tiny shopping cart I was told I had to leave it at the front and could not walk around the store with it. When asked why I was told the owner doesn’t want people bringing their carts into the store and walking around with them. This is beyond frustrating and extremely inconvenient for the average local who has to walk through all the horrible construction that continues just to get to the store and be told you can’t use your own cart. I like being able to walk around with my own personal cart and not a cart that a 100 other people had their germs all over. Not to mention the way the aisles are set up the majority of them can only fit a single cart (if you’re lucky) which is why having your own cart which is smaller would be more convenient. What’s next? No strollers allowed? Not shopping here anymore.

Ankita and Michelle were really helpful back in December and they were so polite with me and my issue with my curb side pickup. Keep up the excellent job!

In February of 2024 I brought my vehicle in for inspection, oil change and wheel alignment.I was quoted $1115 for all work to be done by the young attendant.Next day I received a call from Rohit (who has been with this location for many years) and he told me that after a proper inspection and only necessary repairs, my invoice was $487.Obviously I was quite happy to hear this good news, wouldn't you? After I picked up my car, I have been driving for 3 days and I am happy to report that all the repairs were successful. And so, the moral of this review is that the Albion Mall Canadian Tire auto service is a Trustworthy place of business with employees like Rohit.

Poor customer service employees are not helpful at both locations in the Etobicoke area they're not customer service friendly. Also, Canadian tire should have a bet policy when you purchase anything from their stores. Not everyone keeps a receipt. If you purchase on a card, it shows, but Canadian tire doesn't acknowledge it. Costco has the best policy due to your membership.
