Horrible experience in my 18 years I don’t even know what’s going on. I literally have been a victim of fraud after I turned on the fraud, identification alert app on my phone and now all of a sudden this is happened and I basically have been becoming victim and now I can’t touch any of my money until you guys are completing your investigation for 10 days and I have three young children to feed that’s Manny. I literally have government monies that was deposited just withdraw it. The counts closed moving on business done I’ll find a new bank.

No body answers the phone and no one returns any messages your only option is to go the branch and wait in line for 20 minutes to speak to someone. Horrible customer service. The branch manager does nothing to remedy the problem. Brutal.

This is for the Queensway location ... Was there this morning ... ? So dirty (everywhere). I was only at the machines and there was hair all over the machine and elastic's and dirt finger marks and the floors where discusting...mainly was grossed by the machines and doors slime and finger prints all over them ... Bottom line I am willing to take a cleaning job at CIBC THE QUEENSWAY to clean for them. I understand a little dirt but I have been with this bank for years and have never seen such filth. Willing to come clean few days a week cause you must not have anybody.;)

Worst customer service ever! All the positive reviews are fake from friends and family of the employees. Try avoiding this branch if you can.

If you're planning on applying for any of their products credit or line of credit DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Not helpful and they act as if they are obligated to help you. Putting faces, Very bad energy, specially when you need help with something.

Why is this the ONLY CIBC in a 29590918 km radius that actually has tellers?! Also, thanks for having 3 tellers on with 6 booths in total at 1pm on a Saturday.

Hands down the WORST bank to have to walk into. I have no choice as I do all deposits for my employer otherwise I would never go in. Worst customer service, slowest tellers. Basic banking takes 10 minutes per customer, sometimes 20. Whoever manages here should be fired.

Waiting time is like 30 minutes per person. Do not bother coming here. It will be a waste of your time. The teller does not bother to check the people in queue who were already standing for ages already.
