I had a computer that had crashed last year. Michael was able to recover all the files, on the computer and even though I couldn’t go back to pick up the computer right away. Michael kept it for about six months. Thank you Michael and God bless you.

I gave my brand-new Dell laptop to this store for a display panel replacement, and the experience was terrible. Instead of replacing the panel as promised, the technician glued it together and lied about having changed it. The glued panel popped off as soon as I got home.
When I went back to the store to address the issue, he demanded an additional $30 to fix it and asked me to leave when I questioned him. Later, I consulted a Dell service center, and the technician there confirmed that the panel now needs to be completely replaced because the glue had spread, causing further damage. The repair is going to cost me $250.
To make matters worse, this technician is now ignoring my calls and was abusive during our last interaction. He clearly lacks the necessary skills and professionalism to handle repairs.
Beware of this technician! He has zero knowledge and might cause more harm to your devices than good.

Very unprofessional laptop repair. My laptop had a mechanical breakdown. After the repair, one of the buttons on my computer did not work (which was covered with glue) and Bluetooth stopped working. They refused to fix the malfunctions that were made during the repair. I was denied a refund for poor repair and damage to my laptop. I strongly do not recommend this laptop repair company.

“Fixed” my battery for my laptop. 6 months later the laptop is back to only working for 1 hour and 30min. Also was very rude over the phone not providing any solution and just saying it’s too bad. Proceeded to hang up on me and called me a liar.

Thanks for fixing my printer, I was on the phone about two hours with 3 Epson representatives, they couldn’t solve the problem— but Mike did it right away!I was over there the second time, again, not only fixing the printer, he gave me extra advice and was helpful.

The guy sold me a 1.5g of thermal paste (the smallest amount) for almost $20 and noticed just after on Amazon sold alot less for far more quantity and quality paste. I guess it's my fault for trusting in people because obviously he knew he could take advantage of me probably item costed him like 50 cents, plus his place was a disaster aswell, shows more than words ever could. ??
