The scanning of the Costco cards to enter is absolutely ridiculous. People are freezing outside. This is inconvenient and unfair for people to have to wait in line to scan. This is terrible customer service.

Did my routine grocery shopping today and got some fresh beef steaks that caught my eyes. When I got home and unwrapped it I noticed the clear plastic tray underneath is a new pad less design that I've never seen. What a slick idea which makes recycling much easier and meat look fresher and cleaner. Way to go Costco!

Full at 9:30 am. Pay for a membership but can't access the store by car unless you want to spend 15+ minutes circling the lot fighting for a place to park.

I recently purchased a pack of shrimp and a pack of tilapia, and both looked incredibly fresh in their new packaging. The design is fantastic, and I love that it's 100% recyclableāplus, there's no more soaker pad! I'm really impressed

Went IN PERSON to get a membership. Was made to fill out the form on my own phone, and then told the printing machine was broken so no physical cards could be given. Went to the Mississauga location to get the cards. A month later, I get a notification my membership is cancelled - I just followed the instructions of the guy who made me fill out the form on my own device. Called āAdminā staff at this location because thereās no ātalk to an agentā option on the general line. I was told I applied for the membership online and my card didnāt go through. No I was there IN PERSON and your staff made me fill it out online. If I wanted to fill it out online why would I have come in? Oh! Because YOU have to take a picture. Very rude lady on the phone. Blamed me even though I was trying to figure out what happened. This location has some clear management issues.

Recently I visited this store for my grocery shopping it was overcrowded due to Christmas I bought Salmon fish that was fresh and ready to cook. The price and quantity was also reasonable. I liked the new concept of packaging plastics tray, easy to recycle.

I came to this store to buy some meat and discovered that the packaging came with no soaker pad in the tray. This made it much easier to dispose of when taking the meat out as all it needed was a quick wash and it was good to go in the recycling. This was much more convenient than having to also deal with the soaker pad which was normally stuck to the tray. I appreciate the new change Costco has made.

This location is busy than other costcos. Finding a parking spot is like finding a spot at a mall on boxing day. Selection is also not a good as other locations.
