My family and I had an amazing experience with DNA Systems. My senior parents outdated IMac computer was running super slow, and Alan not only fixed the problem but also explained everything clearly. I also needed a laptop for personal use, which Alan quickly produced at the same time. Great prices, honest advice, and outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Okay, where the heck do I begin. Alan of DNA systems is an absolute magician. This man saved my career!! I lost years worth of crucial files and somehow, someway, Alan resurrected those files from God knows where despite a cooked internal SSD. When it seemed impossible, Alan made it possible.
Not only that, but the customer service was impeccable. I received updates every step of the way with all the clarity and transparency.
Once again, thank you Alan and DNA systems! I will be keeping in touch with Alan to ensure my setup is extra protected moving forward.

Alan was quick to respond to my request and made it convenient by allowing me to drop off my son’s laptop after work. He provided a clear breakdown of the costs, was upfront about what needed repair and what was still in good condition, and completed the work promptly. The laptop was ready in time for school and is working perfectly. The location is convenient, the turnaround time was excellent, and I would definitely recommend his services.

Got my computer from some terrible company had so many issues with it and with the company. I reached out to Alan for help with it. He got it up and running in a day! I was finally able to game with no issues even got my laptop fixed by him as well. Very professional and fast service highly recommend! I now go to him for any computer issues that me or my partner have!

My laptop I use for work got fried on me mid morning and within hours of calling, Alan had me set up with a loaner laptop so I could resume my work. He fixed my issue on my laptop and seamlessly got me back up and running in no time. Highly recommend, very professional communication and confident execution of my problem.

Alan is amazing! He knows his stuff, & he explains in simple terms for us non tech savvy people. I haven’t a clue about computer repairs. My son’s gaming pc stopped working. Another shop told me it was the motherboard (an expensive fix) Alan picked up for free, & within an hour, messaged me, to let me know my kid just knocked out his graphics card. He tells you the costs upfront before doing anything, & also offers preventative maintenance services he sees you may need for your pc. Friendly, clear communication, fast repair service, & affordable. Goes above, & beyond, & is a kind, & honest man, which is a breath of fresh air these days. Thank you so much for putting the smile back on my sons face.

Alan quickly came to the rescue when I foolishly made some changes on my WIN 11 computer settings and found myself locked out totally. Investigations proved there were corrupt files. Beware of messing with settings files when overtired or in a rush! Alan resolved my issues within hours and provided useful advice going forward. Alan is friendly, easy to talk to and confident in his extensive IT skills - plus his Etobicoke location is ideal. Thank you, Alan, for calming my frazzled nerves as soon as I explained my issues. Alan fixed my Alienware desktop installed, a RTX5060 GPU and a new ssd hard drive In there for me, cleaned it up added new thermal paste In amazing time and for such a great price. My computer is running amazing now. I’m so thankful for knowing such a great guy !
