I love shopping at Eileen Fisher in Chinook Centre. Staff are very warm and friendly. They do all they can to find what fits and flatters the customer. Also they will search other stores to get items in the size the customer needs. Very small sizes up to plus sizes. Excellent quality clothing and made from ethical, beautiful fabrics. Prices are good when this clothing is on sale.

I love Eileen Fisher clothing! The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice big store with a wide variety of sizing from xs to 3x. I never leave without a purchase.

Even though I purchased sale merchandise I received excellent service from the ladies at Eileen fisher. It was a pleasure to shop at your store and Mira was wonderful and not pushy. I recommend this store.

the sales staff could not be bothered. they look bored, apathetic and indifferent. unhelpful and poor customer service. for a store that is empty and devoid of customers you would think they could at least be putting some effort into the appearance/tidiness of the store. it is exceedingly unusual to find this poor a level of customer service at other stores in sherway

A "B" company with versatile ethically made clothing that stands the test of time. Colours harmonize from year to year; they have comfortable and elegant clothing made from natural (often organic) or recycled fibers. Staff leave me alone to browse but are there when I need them. Investment clothing that lasts, but they have a good sale rack. Regular, petite and plus sizing; be sure to try in their clean change rooms because sizes can run large.

Staff are always helpful and courteous, knowing when to assist or when I want to try on clothes on my own. Dressing rooms are very clean, and store is well laid out. Yes, the prices are higher than most brands but I get clothing items that last for years that won’t go out of style. A repeat customer!

I have purchased Organic Stretch Jean Leggings from you. They are the worst fitting pants that I have ever received. I need them for a sweater that I purchased from you. It is costing me 25:00 to have them made to fit. I returned a second pair and you charged me return shipping. Since this product is so unsatisfactory I would like a full refund for the pair returned. I have been an Eileen Fisher customer for a long time and this is the worst experience that I have ever had.

A go to store for me for their Basics line alone (pants, tank tops etc in silk, crepe and Jersey that are perennial favorites -- not cheap but excellent quality, last forever and go with everything). Many of the pieces are deconstructed styles but so well-designed you must try them on as they may not have "hanger appeal" but are surprisingly very flattering. And if you think you can't wear jersey, try Eileen Fisher jersey - it doesn't cling and really drapes well and away from the body. Get on the mailing list and shop the sales. They had a once a year "consolidation sale) a week ago and I got a $365 silk skirt for $139. Don't expect that on a regular basis but keep working that sale rack, get to know the staff as they're friendly and give great advice and soon you'll have some gorgeous pieces! Love this store!

Terrible customer service and employees. Sales associates gathered at the cash register while my mother and I were browsing the store. One very loudly made comments regarding my mother's weight and how she couldn't fit into the clothing on the rack. Will never shop or visit again. This location, management and employees deserve less than a star.
