Pretty average Esso. As usual, weak amenities, crap Tom Hortons. Staff are friendly. Choice of booze is crap. Car wash sucks and usually has an hour line. Skittles selection is poor, never have the green bag. And don't get me started on the actual Petrol! The gasoline here is poor quality! Watered down ! I tasted it and poured some on my neck to test it... and it was mostly water! Unbelievable stuff brother. Unreal.

Stupid guy working there, I paid for monthly pass for car wash past 2 days I’ve been told it’s not functional, today I called they told me it’s functional but when I reached at 10 guy said due to cold weather it’s closed at 6.
they sold me pass by mentioning it’s 24 by 7. And girl didn’t even mentioned me it’s closing at 6.
So car wash timing is 7am to 6pm, we’ve to take a day off for car wash now ?
It’s an automatic car wash what exactly do you mean it’s cold so we closed it early? There’s no man labour there.

Worst experience I’ve had at a gas station. Visited on Wednesday, and the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and careless. No greeting, no basic customer service, and they acted like helping customers was a burden.

Purchased 3 x $100 Esso cash cards on 19th Nov from a young Indian lady at the counter as a Christmas gift. Just discovered that the cards had NO VALUE on them when my friend who I gifted it to tried to use it in Mississauga! WTH. I will be going public with this!!!

Just filled gas at this station. The attendant named Armaan was rude and unprofessional. He clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers and was very disrespectful while talking. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a gas station.

I went to Esso to play the lottery and was served by Prabh. Unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant. Her tone was rude and not at all customer-friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I left feeling disrespected. Customer service should be polite and helpful, but that was not the case here. Very disappointed with the way I was treated.

There’s literally six screens in there …and not one of them will tell you the price of the items they are scanning. They claimed that it’s “broken” so I would make sure you look at your receipt and count your change afterwards. That seems a little odd to me….
