I had a bad experience with Factory Tire. Last year I went to change the two front tires and they changed them Allright but they took out my wheel key hex nut and they installed two old rusty regular nuts. Then I went this year and I told them to change my two front tires front to back and the two new ones in the front... Well they had me there all day; I was the last one there they told me that they had ordered new ones. I saw that they brought in my car that they were working on it. They bought my car out. Then they said that the tires were on the way. There was no other people there. They parked my car in the front both tires were wet they seem to be new but two days later you could tell that they were used. Then I wrote a couple of emails the I told the Owner Mr Morgan that I was going to go in person a bit later that day. I got there and they told me he had already left. Then This guy that seemed to be like from India told me he was the manager and he would get me new tires. We went out to look at the car and I showed him. Then he took me to and said that he was going to change the then then he saw the email that his boss send me. Then he told me to stop yelling; and I was speaking at my normal voice. Then he bullied me out of the office and told me to get the hell out. So I am Never Going There Ever Again. So no stars for you Mr Morgan!!!

All time best shop around. Very knowledgeable and efficient. To be honest best price around also. Great staff and shop guys work their butts off and get it done fast. Line up around the building and got out in a reasonable timely manner. Recommend highly

Made an appointment to swap my winter tires via their website for 8am when they open. I arrive and there is a line up waiting to get in. I then learn that any walk in that lined up ahead of me gets their car serviced before mine. When I asked the employee why have people book appointments if they don’t honour it? He then became very condescending and rude. It took almost 2 hours of waiting before my vehicle got into a bay for service. I have been coming here for years and will not be returning after this, spend your hard earned money elsewhere where they actually value your time.
