Our company had Fast Signs reproduce some 8 x 10 photo's for the shop.
Communication was very good and before they printed they sent us the proofs to approve and it was fast and painless.
We will use them again

I recently had the pleasure of working with Manohar at Fastsigns, and I must say, his dedication and customer service were outstanding. From the outset, Manohar demonstrated a deep commitment to understanding our needs and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our project was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. His attention to detail, prompt responses, and willingness to go the extra mile made our experience truly remarkable. It’s rare to encounter someone who not only excels in their role but also brings such a level of enthusiasm and customer-centric focus. The quality of work delivered by Fastsigns, coupled with Manohar's exceptional service, has greatly impressed me. I wholeheartedly recommend Fastsigns for anyone seeking top-notch service and quality results. Their team, especially Manohar, clearly understands the importance of building strong customer relationships and delivering on promises.Thank you, Manohar, and the Fastsigns team, for a fantastic experience!

Manohar and his team were easy to work with and the product turned out great. This quality is a big step up from the side hustle people I used to work with. That’s what you get with a 200k machine!I got my logo printed on workout gloves for my fitness business. They aren’t easy to print on but manohar made it happen. My clients love the gloves! Many thanks to manohar and his team!

First time I needed a sign so I walked in to this FastSigns location on Lakeshore in Etobicoke. The young woman who served me, Pravallika, was very nice and helpful, straight to the point, no fuss. When it came time to design the 7’ banner, they were again very helpful and the end result was excellent! I won’t hesitate to go back.

Ordered vinyl banners for my son's hockey team. They understood my requirements and are very straightforward to work with. The quality of the banners is top notch, and I love that everything is made in house at their location. Highly recommended.

They built a $4200 sign for my shop that clearly doesn’t fit the building and isn't in line with the proof I approved, and are refusing to remedy it. The depth wasn’t considered, so because I'm a basement unit you can see the actual building structure when you’re standing at the entrance to my shop. They simply needed to build the box three inches deeper and this wouldn't be a problem. They also built the sign an inch shorter than what was on the proof and the length is off by six inches from the sign they replaced, which they told me in writing they measured exactly. They also damaged my property. The sign also leaks light at the back. They've also left the wires and wood behind the sign exposed, even though there was previously panneling there.Their explanation for the panelling that they removed is particularly perplexing: they're claiming they took it because it was part of the previous sign, but they're also claiming it's not a sign's store responsibility to include panelling in a build. So, which is it? Was the panel part of the sign or do sign stores not do paneling? It's all very confusing. All I know is my storefront looks like trash thanks to these guys. At a minimum they should've communicated to me in advance that panelling wouldn't be part of my build - then I would've kept the piece that was already there and had the materials on hand to fix the mess they left. They're also claiming that my only requirement was that the sign doesn't hit the door. It's true that I hired them to replace a sign that was dragging on my door, but it should go without saying that door drag wouldn't be my only quality concern. Obviously I would want a sign that fits the space and doesn't leave wires, wood, and screws exposed. I shouldn't have to say that, and if the fit or look was going to drastically different from what I had, that should've been communicated to me in advance. Because then I obviously would've gone with someone else. Also I did voice concerns not just about door drag but about fit in writing - "But as long as you're confident those measurements will fit the space and allow the door to open properly, then it looks good to me!" and was told"We took the exact measurements of the light box. It should fit correctly. If there will be any problem then we will change the box without any extra charges."As you can see from the pictures and read from the owner's response, this clearly wasn't the case both for the measurements and for their willingness to rectify their obvious errors.I phoned four times over two days expecting to speak to the owner and was repeatedly told he would call me but he did not. So no one has spoken to me directly about this nor come to see it for themselves as I requested. I see they're now claiming that I phoned a 100 times - I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that they find numbers confusing when they couldn't get the sign measured properly. I also didn't swear at anyone - though I'm admittedly very angry that they mismeasured, damaged my property, and left wires and wood exposed under the sign. But I certainly don't think dismissing my very valid concerns via email and refusing to speak to me after botching a $4200 job would be considered professional or respectful by many. The most remarkable thing is that this is their second build - I’m not sure what went wrong the first time because they just took both the old sign and their new sign away without saying anything to my staff, and since they didn’t give me advanced notice on the install date I wasn’t there. Also not particularly professional conduct.
