I had an excellent experience with MO at the store thanks to the outstanding service. He spent over 30 minutes patiently helping me complete my application. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. I truly appreciated his patience and the way he explained everything clearly.

Ordered a phone online, 3 weeks later haven't gotten a confirmation to pick up phone at my local fido store. Called fido, was told to call the store as they have to send a pick up email to release phone. Strange but fine, no problem. Called store everyday for a week, various times. No answer. Never. Guess no one works there.
Save your time, don't bother calling.

Best experience we have ever had in an electronic store. Naima was incredibly friendly and helpful. We walked out with big smiles, her customer service was incomparable, she offered us water, helped us get the device we wanted, and offered us tips to get the best plans available. Naima was so knowledgeable about all the products and plans, I had so much confidence in her! We will genuinely come back to this store for any of my phone needs because of her incredible service! Absolute trash service! Nobody ever answers phones I've legitimately tried calling several times for over 1mth now..finally had it and had to leave a review..been there before and ppl don't seem to want to work, what a joke of a joke of an establishment!

We went to get a new plan over the black Friday weekend. Alex was great help and went the extra mile to deal with our old provider. He was very patient and got everything done for us. All other staff was nice as well.

2023- COVID IS OVER! What is the necessity of keeping people waiting outside and show our face on the cámara before they even let us in!!!!!! Not even in the bank where they WORK WITH MONEY we have to do that type of thing to get in. I believe that with the cámaras this place have inside is enough to see people face if that is what this company want ?

I have been Fido costumer for over 15 yearsI have ordered a new phone ,paid a downpayment on it, received an email stating order will be delivered 2-5 business days, didn’t receive it in 7 days so i called and cancelled, never got email confirmation of cancellation, never got money returned to me eitherCalled today spoke to 5 different people, third one just dropped the call on me ( if you can’t do your job properly, go do something else) the fifth lady was professional and handled everythingFido took deposit for a phone than once I canceled the order, rep said they will refund the money, which they didn’t and just put money on my fido account than took bill payment without my authorization.This is how you treat your loyal customers?Fido used to be honest company and now turned into scammers? Or is it your employees that don’t know what they are doing?
