Store is supposed to be open at 11AM it’s not 11:30am and the store is still not open. I have called 3 times and no one answers. Waste of time.

I love this store i always visit anf buy shoes coz they have great deals but today the guy that was their was not friendly at all he doesnt even smile at the costomers..i almost return what i bought and leave.

The guy w/ a curly hair, Vitaly, is a damn legend. He helped me to find two awesome pairs of sneakers. Bought them instantly. Store is pretty good too, clean and tidy.

Very great experience shopping nike sneakers with this store, veryyy friendly staff and they even gave me discount on my shoes.
A lot of options to choose from, i recommend this store.

Worst experience with staff on 1st of june 2025, went to store to buy a shoe for a 3 year old kid, Staff not helping for finding the size. A girl was there not ready to speak with customer. Managment please provide some kind of trainings to the sales staff other wise you guys loss customers. 0 star for service.

Hands down to MALCOLM,🙌 who truly made it his priority to rectify my problem with almost 30 mins on the phone calling other locations to solve my issue, and was so apologetic on behalf of Footlocker which he's not responsible for. This employee went above an beyond, thank you very much, we will continue to shop at Woodbine Footlocker.🙏🏼💯 He should be promoted if he's not a manager!!!..
