I’ve been here before, years ago and had an OK experience, nothing like my experience yesterday. Sidney was an absolute pleasure. She was sweet, super patient and so helpful. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which has often happened to me. The other staff there were ok, but nothing like Sidney. Looking forward to shopping there again!Sidney you get 5 thumbs up!!!??????????

I can't believe there are so many bad reviews over the years about the service and free people don't do anything about it. the store is incredible, the choice of things is incomparable, but the rudeness of the staff leaves much to be desired. hire an already normal manager and put things in order with your service. You pay salaries to absolute boors who dishonor the name of your brand

Absolutely love the clothes and will pay for the quality no problem, but the staff members at this location are not cool. Always giving attitude and chatting with their coworkers, even when you try to ask them a question :) I love this store but it’s sad to say I no longer enjoy going in because of my experience with the staff - y’all ?

I would also concur with the last review that one of the cashier girl's here have terrible customer service. I had gone to purchase a jumpsuit and she refused to honour the online price with alot of attitude after I asked if we could check with customer service. She said she was the manager and had the right to refuse. Was she the manager?!? I question it as another associate came out and they offered to match the online price as the item would be final sale. I am happy they matched the price, but I'm not cool with the attitude. I even told her she doesn't need to be rude about it. I hope she reads this so she realizes she's in a customer service position and should at the very least be polite human being. It wasn't even busy in the store. I'm shocked free people wants someone like this representing their brand.

The clothing is beautiful and I don't mind paying for quality and uniqueness.Sales staff at 10am on December 18, 2021 need attitude adjustments.I picked up a onsie for my sister. There was a hanging sign that said $78. When I took it to the cash, it rang up at $108. When I told the girl about the sign, she walked over to where the sign was and said it was left there in error but the onsie was full price. I told her that every other store would honor the incorrect price. She basically said that I did not have to buy it...the attitude of this girl was almost like she owned the store. I still bought the onsie cuz $30 will not break me but apparently it might break Free People or perhaps it might come out of the sales associate's pay and she may not be able to afford her Tim Horton's coffee.

I had ordered a several items on line from Free People Augusta and they are scammers. On the website is saying that is free shipping to Canada not specifying that if you return you have to pay for shipping and of course duty when you ship out. It is very disappointing and I fell robbed off. Be aware!!!!

I love this store from top to bottom. So many amazing unique pieces great quality and variety and also the employees are amazing such great customer service over all. Great shopping experience, this is definitely my number 1 go to store.

I can't believe what I witnessed yesterday at Free People, Sherway Gardens. With the Malls finally being able to open and most stores have suffered financially during this pandemic, you wouldn't think that Free People would have their customers line up outside their store and wait, while all the staff go on break together. They locked their doors all went on break while we all stood there waiting. Are you kidding me. If it wasn't for my daughter and the fact that Sherway is out of our way, I would of left the line and never returned. I wasn't the only customer not happy. But hey, I guess their doing good and can afford to lose business, because I sure won't be waiting in their line-up again.Unbelievable !!
