Love geox products probably one of the most quality comfortable shoes I've ever own. And the staffs are great, Mike has been really helpful, patient, and kind every time I bought our shoes there. My baby loves her shoes, no complaints from her. And I only buy my kid's shoes from Geox. It's a bit pricey for kids shoes but worth it!

I like the design and when the products work they're great. But there are defects about 1/3 of the time !, and if you get a bad item the company policy is to give you the run around wasting your time and money or interrogate you because the data systems are from the 70s in execution. Not sure if the employees can do anything about it. I don't really understand business model because between family members we've spent $1000s there on shoes, etc(and now I won't go back). All the stuff is made for 7 cents on the dollar in China. If something you sold is defective why not just swap it out and figure out what went wrong ? Am I supposed to take days off work for this ? Also, I'm pretty confident they mark stuff the stuff with KNOWN defects down to get it out the door rather than fixing the problem. Shoes with sole separation too

store with a lot of selection and very nice people. Their quality of clothing is second to none. My husband and I both wear a lot of their items. it's great when they have sales on because that's pretty much the only time we buy anything we realize that it's pretty expensive for such high quality products. Sales really do help. In general we always come in here to look and my husband buys a lot of the underwear that in general they fit a lot better thanI really enjoy their yoga pants and their shirts.

Shoes seem to be well made but BUYER BEWARE. If you don't have time to read below, the synopsis is we will NEVER shop here again and advise if you are not 100% sure about your purchase or are shopping for kids then DO NOT SHOP HERE.The return policy - i.e. the tiny print at the checkout embedded somewhere within the placard containing a 10 to 20 lined paragraph and on your bill can only be likened to that of a store from the 18th century...you CANNOT return your purchase(s) and receive your money back, ONLY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WITH 14 DAYS. The way this is written here is probably clearer than whatever fine print is at the store. And if you have an issue with this and want to take it up with the manager, that person is ONLY AVAILABLE MONDAY - FRIDAY 9 AM TO 5 PM.I would have liked to say the customer service is great as the salesperson was quite friendly BUT he did not make it clear that this was their policy or else we probably would not have purchased the shoes for our toddler when we indicated that we would need to have her try them at home again and may need to return.Who has the time to read the tiny little print at the cash register or on the bill when there is a toddler on the loose and a newborn crying constantly? Upon returning to the store we were curtly told about this "return policy" (which apparently should have been indicated at the time of purchase) = big X for customer service.All in all, as aforementioned, we will NEVER shop here again. STORE BLACKLISTED.Better off going to Sport Chek or The Bay - stores who value their customers and are considerate of people's lives.
