I want to give my thanks to Elena, she is a really nice employee and she helped me buy my shoes by ordering them. She is very helpful and a very nice and polite person. I have been to this store a few times but there was nobody like her who had served me. The first time she served me she had greeted me and even asked me if I wanted coffee or water and today I came to the store to pick up my order and she had given me a bottle of water. Guys, you should have everyone working for you be like her, but they're not. Most of the employee's at this store are cold and don't have good manners, so please recognize that you can make your customers much happier if you trained your employee's to be like Elena. Elena keep going like this and everyone will be happy! Thank you and see you again Elena.

Worst experience and they blatantly lie and stick you with defected clothing saying it’s brand new, I bought bunch of clothes and a jacket which need alteration in the sleeves. After alteration when I received the jacket it was changed from shoulder which made it tight. First they were not agreeing that they did any shoulder alteration, but when I showed them pics they agreed, also jacket had a marker mark on the collar.
So after giving all the proofs sales lady agreed to get me new jacket and asked me she will get altered at sleeves properly. She messaged me she received the new jacket on Friday and I can pick up on Tuesday.
Today I go there to pick up and she tells me Here is your new jacket. When I receive It, i see washed out mark on the collar with stain and and opened stitching of the old jacket, I confront her why are you lying as this is the same old jacket which I paid 1400 for and she disappears.
And now Devin the manager comes, this guy was unbelievable, asks me to try this jacket which I clearly do not want at this point, denies that they have lied to me twists the whole story with mis communication. Where I know it was all his doing and he led the sales lady to lie to me, that I won’t see those marks and will be stupid enough to buy defected jacket. This is a shame full act on behalf of Harry Rosen. I 90% buy my stuff from you guys but you just lost a customer. And this manger should be fired. I have all the communication from Shipa the sales lady committing me with brand new jacket.
Be careful when you buy here and who you are dealing with.

Made a quick purchase today. Knew the item I wanted and honestly just needed the sales associate to retrieve it from the stock room as it wasn't on display. After a quick inspection I was ready to make the purchase. Easiest sale ever. The only question I asked was what the return policy was and the associate told me 30 days as long as all the tags are there and it's unused. After making the purchase he took item to do something which I thought was demagnetizing the security thing but he actually cut all the tags off.
I was going to keep this anyway but now I have this sour taste every time I see this item and will always remember this disgusting experience.

Needed a specific shirt for a destination wedding in Montenegro. The tailor was extremely helpful in helping the specific collar style in a Hugo Boss shirt with beautiful detail. He said alterations can take a few days, he actually did them in store before closing. Exceptional service and great customer care.

Jun was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We went in to discuss a groom's suit, and his expertise made the experience seamless and enjoyable. If you want the best, then you go to the best. Harry Rosen takes care of their customers, just recently had a worry about getting my pants tailored. One smooth phone call to a rep at Sherway and my mind is at ease.

This review is for Mariya/Mariyam, the associate who was working at the perfume section (Creed/Tom Ford). She was absolutely amazing! So passionate, extremely respectful, courteous, and actually cared about my experience. She was not shy to allow me to try several Creed and Tom ford fragrances and also gave me a sample. I felt respected and appreciated. I’ll be purchasing my next cologne from this store and from her only. She’s top tier and an asset to Harry Rosen. Thank you for making my experience special.

My experience here has been nothing short of absolute best-in-class service. My sales representative Yosi was friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around professional. I returned a year later and she immediately recognized my wife an I, remembered the styles that we liked even down to my pants size. Wonderful experience. Can't heap on the praise high enough for her.

We had an issue with our purchase where our gift card funds were not returned even through we return the merchandise that was bought using that gift card. Visited Toronto store twice and each time they did not help or called back. I met Nicholas at Sherway gardens Harry Rosen. He was very kind, and he not only helped us with our purchase but also ensured that our gift card payment issue gets resolved. He was a great help!

The staff at this location need a lesson in customer service, because upon entering Wednesday evening, I observed a lack of initial greetings, and as I proceeded to browse, I did not receive any offers of assistance from the associates present. Enhancing the attentiveness and proactive engagement of the staff with customers would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive shopping experience.Regrettably, our experience in seeking wedding suits, including one for the groom and eight additional groomsmen, at this Harry Rosen location has left us disappointed. We had hoped for a more favorable encounter, especially given the reputed standing of the brand.
