Hi everyone, first of all I would like to emphasize on vitally important it is share and care for the kind of imagery and messages you are sending to your customer base. For example your stores must be very gender specific in the way they build their reputation and appeal to their customers.Never forget the golden rule that first impressions are always about how you want your customers to feel about your brand and how you want to create a their shopping experience in your store that not only enjoyable but memorable as well. Capturing and maintaining your customer’s loyalty to your brand is so essential to furthering your relationship as you must always keep your eye on the future and how economic and demographic changes factor in on how you deliver and showcase your products and image. I have saved my last but most important part about building brand and that is customer service and satisfaction! Never forget that your customers are the life blood of your success today and well into the future!

It’s a first when a manager has the attitude of a Karen. If it weren’t for the helpful staff (looking at you, the mvp who pulled down the rug), we wouldn’t even give one star. They claim to only hold something you purchase for 24 hours because “the back is full”, even though every Homesense I have been to holds it for 2-3 days. Mind you, it’s Thursday before store close and we wanted to pick up these gorgeous night tables that would have stacked on top of each other by Saturday. But nope, “Karen” rolled her eyes, checked her watch, started counting from WEDNESDAY even though it’s Thursday and said “too many days”. A simple “sorry, can’t hold it” would have been more better than this lack of empathy. Tell me you don’t care about your customer without telling me you don’t care about your customer.

Great variety of furniture, accessories and much more. Purchased a console table that fit perfectly in the hallway. The sales associate wrapped it in plastic and placed it in my car. I appreciated the caring customer service. Thank you!

Lady named Hatixhe is the most unhelpful and unfriendly store clerk I’ve met from different HomeSense.
Store manager was as rude and as unprofessional as the staff.
