My Audi Queensway dealership recommended I do a part change at my last oil change visit (which coincided with the end of my 5 year extended maintenance service package). I decided to get a 2nd opinion at Kingsway Auto (had been referred by several people as being an honest and quality repair business). They did a thorough inspection and showed me what the issue was, compared it with a part that was good (so I had a better understanding) and recommended that this wasn't something that was critical or time sensitive for replacement... and probably had a good 5 years of driving ahead of me. Bonus, they didn't even charge for the inspection. I walked away very impressed by their thorough investigation, honesty and focus on customer experience. They've rightfully gained a new loyal customer!
