I would like to not give even a single star to them. They price as if they are best sofa makers. Ask you to buy there service package with the sofa, in which there is no actual after sales service.Right after 2 months of buying the sofa we had lints all over fabric all around sofa. Ridiculous quality fabric used. They suggest you to buy lint cutter. I know that..lol what was that service for? And what about the quality and what does the difference in the prices with other brands account for?? I want the upholstery changed. Well, laz-y-boy team tells you we don’t do that. And fabric was not covered in the service insurance you got. It’s a legit loot, and absolute waste.I would rather buy IKEA and switch when I face issue in place of spending crazy on Laz-y-boy one. What’s the point??This was a long due feedback.

I am happy with my purchase. I really needed one within my budget, I was able to find here without any compromise on quality.

Bought a recliner here in 2015, had also purchased extended 7 year warranty for any defect. Called regarding the material wearing out in unusual place, during covid nothing could be done. Understandable being the conditions. Been on them to get this resolved, sent pictures and they reviewed , the reply is they can't cover the non leather portions? This is very deceptive and unprofessional, they had no problem taking the payment for warranty saying it is fully covered, now when the time comes to honor the product warranty they hide behind lame excuses. Very unprofessional and deceptive.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Adam from La-Z- Boy Furniture Gallery on the Queensway. We can’t say enough about the outstanding level of service we received from Adam! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient as we navigated through the process of buying a Riley Power Recliner for my mother. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. His genuine caring nature and no pressure approach made this a stress free and pleasant experience for us. He had excellent suggestions of complimentary fabrics for our existing furniture. Adam even pulled in their design consultant Ben to help us finalize our decision and ensure we were 100% comfortable. Ben thank you for assisting us (for backing up Adam) and for offering up options, not only for fabrics , but paint colours too.We highly recommend Adam and Ben at La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery on the Queensway.

My partner and I went couch shopping last week and had a very different experience than we've had in other furniture stores in the past. For one thing, the majority of couches we sat on in various stores were not comfortable whereas, 90% of the furniture in La-Z-Boy is actually comfortable and cozy. Our sales rep Adam Bernier was fantastic at listening to our needs without pressure, as well as doing what he could to make sure we were taken care of and happy. I highly recommend this store - they actually care about their clients!

About 20 years ago, we bought what the kids called “the King’s Chair”, a blue leather La-z-boy recliner. It has stood the test of time. Constant use by me, the neighbourhood kids, including a number of university football linemen, hockey players and power lifters and the chair practically reclines itself.... we call it broken in.When it was time to replace the chair, there was only one place to start, the local La-z-boy showroom in Etobicoke Ontario Canada. We were met by Adam when we entered the store who helped us find the right chair with the right fabric at the right price and Norm, who provided us with some great advice around on-going maintenance. It was an absolute delight to deal with Adam and Norm, and of course we replaced one recliner with two new recliners. Thanks!

Great selection. Great help from staff. Sale prices were not as good as I was expecting. Purchased anyway as recliner was required for health issue. We'll see over time if it was money well spent.

Really don't even think this deserves one star from the poor customer service. It's understandable that there might be some delay in getting a product, but when asked if they could provide a date, they only kept guessing at the date. When I tried to cancel the order (which had not arrived), the sales associate, Marisa, argued and was pretty rude all-around (and didn't cancel the order). I called the manager and she wasn't very helpful either, i.e. couldn't cancel the order over the phone. We ended up buying a chair somewhere else and they couldn't believe it. They were smug about it the whole time and never once apologized for the chair coming in as late as it did. All they needed to have was a little customer service, but they lack that here. They mentioned that someone had to wait 7 months for a chair which really isn't a selling point, but I guess they don't understand that. Also, if there's anything wrong with any product you buy, the wait times to get it fixed are 3months+, so take that in mind if you want something from here.I normally don't write reviews, but this was so bad, I felt it needed to be called out for the lack thereof.

After waiting more than seven months for Laz boy chair to be delivered I finally took possession of the chair and immediately, on delivery, observed several examples of poor workmanship. The upholstery was sloppy, lacked the required stuffing and generally showed poor workmanship. When siting in the chair, the back was far back and slanted so that comfort was not as experienced in the showroom model. After spending over $1700. for this product I was understandably unhappy with the chair. I immediately contacted the customer service department to express my udiscontent. After several e-mails to three different customer service providers, all of which argued that the chair 'met company standards' and refused to acknowledge that a problem existed. A service technician was sent to my home and was prepared to make adjustments to the chair (upholstery) in my living room. I asked him to leave as I did not want a repair made to a new product that I assumed was a quality purchase. In subsequent conversation and e-mails to the head service advisor I suggested several options that would have solved the issue. None of these options was considered. The only solution that he would consider was a return of a technician to my home who would replace the right arm of the chair and assess other areas that needed to be corrected. Only then, would other options be considered.I agreed to have the technician return to my home. I waited a further month for the appointment, scheduled for August 30. 2022. On the morning of the scheduled appointment I received a call saying that the appointment was cancelled as a result of the technician's illness. I'm a senior and shouldn't have to put up with this stress. I would NOT recommend buying anything from La-Z- Boy furniture. ..such a disappointment.Once again I contacted the head customer service adviser. His e-mail response to me was that he was sorry for the cancellation and he would book another appointment with the technician. This chair was ordered on October 21 2021 and to this date I still do not have a chair that reflects the workmanship and comfort of the floor model in the showroom of the Queensway store.

I’m a petite person (5’2) and I walked into the store for a nursing chair. The sales associate recommended Arthur to me. I told her this feels big but she convinced me that it’s perfect for me and would be perfect for nursing. The chair was delivered today and felt huge on me. I looked it up online and it’s meant for people who are 5’9 and up!! It’s one of their “large scale” chairs. Why would a sales associate sell this to a petite 5’2 girls?!?? So frustrating.

Purchased a new Lazy Boy couch in March the gentleman that served us was Tony Chauhan, he went beyond his effort to make our experience exactly what we were looking for, and the custom couch actually came earlier than expected . We were delighted with the entire Lazy Boy experience that's why we will remain Lazy Boy customers. Marie &Donald

Rude and unprofessional conduct by the sales man i met today. He kept following me around the store even after i told him politely "I'm just looking around, will find you if i need any help, thanks". Totally weird experience.
