The store had an excellent organization, and the merchandise was of exceptional quality while priced reasonably; I highly endorse this place and recommend it! Arthur us the only associate deserving 5 stars in the store. I pass by every week or two just to check any deals and new arrivals. And if I’m checking anything out it takes me 5 mins to grab someone’s attention. and it gets busy, but it doesn’t take much to say ‘hi’. Arthur always say hi as I walk in, there to answer any questions, or a simple ‘I’ll be with you in 2 mins ‘. Will be back to shop only with him

Got assisted by a staff, think her name is Lan. She was very friendly and helpful, providing me with advices on what shirt to pick as I had a hard time choosing and differentiating between the shirts and styles. Appreciate her help, I’ll shop again!

Great customer service! Mary and Daniel were so kind and helpful. I bought an item online, the fit wasn't that good and they really helped me with the exchange in-store, and even offered me some other great deals.

This is the worst retail place you can shop at managed by unexperienced kids in the Greater Toronto Area.The Vietnamese background kid called Amie who unfortunately Lacoste management in Canada thought she can be a duty manager, behaved superiorly with irresponsibility with me towards her logistical chaos.All what she cared for was my 500dls spent 2 weeks ago not to get out of her monthly bonus / commission because she did not deliver to my residence my prepaid merchandise.Instead of resolving the problem she irradicably provoked a situation and irrationally raised her tone of voice at me inside Lacoste premises.She majorly provoked a situation based on no grounds and none of the Canada Lacoste Management Team interfered to help de-escalate the problem she had dumbly provoked.I had to obtain the Quebec head office email from a Lacoste French network person who happened to be on my Linkedin in order for me to write them an email about the disastrous kids team they have relied upon in this particular store.Its without any doubt that this person who happened to be the so called manager at the time of my store visit does not know what are the values of the Brand and certainly requires an immediate termination without any single pity.BESIDES, THEY STILL OWE ME 282$ THAT NONE AT LACOSTE CANADA FIGURED OUT WHEN AND HOW TO REFUND IT TO ME.AND this is to educate Meghan Drummond on what is an assault is defined in the Canadian criminal law:Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) DEFINES ASSAULT AS:(1) A person commits an assault when(a) without the consent of another person, he applies force intentionally to that other person, directly or indirectly;(b) he attempts or threatens, by an act or a gesture, to apply force to another person, if he has, or causes that other person to believe on reasonable grounds that he has, present ability to effect his purpose; or(c) while openly wearing or carrying a weapon or an imitation thereof, he accosts or impedes another person or begs.

Just bought a crossbody leather bag from this store. I’m a new customer so I don’t know what to choose. Then an staff member approached - i believe his name was Daniel and offered me all kind of bags. I was so happy that I found one which I really like as a gift for Christmas. Thank you for your effort!

3 days ago I bought a bag on regular price in Sherway Gardens. Now, the bag is on sale. I called Sherway to ask if I could do a price adjustment. They said No. So I asked, can I return it and repurchase it for the sale price, and again they said NO.I was speaking to woman named, Lan. I don't understand why everything was a NO when the receipt states that I can return it in original packaging within 30 days. She kept insisting that I purchased it on sale. Again I said; I am looking at the receipt and the price is the same regular price as it is online. Lan dismisses my concern by going on about how long the sale was and keeps insisting that I paid the sale price. To confirm, there is no sales price and clearly states I purchased it for regular price on the receipt. Also, there is no FINAL SALE stamp as most retailers use on receipts.She seemed confused so I asked to speak to her manager, in which she ended up giving the phone to her colleague Armand. He says he can connect me to Mary, their manger's, direct number since she is not in today. He then proceeds to give me THEIR OWN STORE number. What kind of employee's don't know their own store phone number? I told him that this must be a mistake and point out it's his own store. He then gives me a new number that he says is her direct number but ends up being Square One's Lacoste location.I end up talking to the acting store manager in Square One who was more helpful and offered to help me.I have never had the experience to talk to a sales associate that never knows their own store policy. LACOSTE Train your associates well to give GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!If you look at Sherway's only other review on Yelp. Somebody had a similar issue ALMOST 10 YEARS AGO, and was only helped by the Square One location rather than Sherway. This evidently shows that nothing has changed in the last 10 years.

This and the SQ1 location so far has the worst customer service, no one kindly greets you when you walk in. You could still be potentially shopping for something but, the energy just sucks in there so why buy anything... Instead they have uneducated avg brats that work there with their store discount and pretend to be something else. I just find it funny that all of the sales associate are quick to judge others shopping there when they could network and build potential clients that wanted to put more money in their pockets. Anyways your better off shopping with a third party to get their items with better customer service such as Holts Renfew, Nordstrom or The Bay where you’d for sure at get some guest acknowledgment. Hopefully one day everyone at both locations can stop judging others and learn to be humble by making sales and by building relationships. Otherwise they’ll just fail with sales and marketing and also ruin the brands reputation.

Came to shop today and my size wasn’t available, Lorenzo did everything to get me the T-shirt I wanted and he ordered it for me from another city, that’s an A class customer service in my book, thank you Lorenzo!

Such a great in store experience! The manager said their polos looked better than the one I had on, found me a lacoste one and insisted on throwing my other one in the trash. 10/10 for the honesty, thank you Enzo.
