There is a good variety of liquor, spirits and cold beverages, place is well organized and great staff even after the strike I feel like that they deserve better pay knowing that they are human beings and not slaves. It's ironic they work hard to make customers happy with low pay when priminister makes people angry and gets to travel here and there will thousands of dollars worth of buffets.

Worst customer service ever!! I received a new bottle as a gift which came in a box(Virginia Black whiskey). Went to open the bottle and the whole top of bottle broke off. Seemed like it had a hairline crack at the seal. I had to end up pouring it down the sink because of glass falling inside it. The manager(some hispanic guy)on duty today April 2nd 2024 told me bring in the bottle he will see what he can do. I wasted my time brought the bottle back which was a 20 min drive for me only for him to tell me there nothing he can do. So really What was the point of telling me to bring it in and he will try to help me out? He said once u buy it and leave store its out of there hands. Which is really unfair. Seemed like he didnt care at all...I'm frustrated and very upset about this situation and will never ever Be purchasing from there ever again. How will someone ever be able to tell if there is a hairline crack or small crack in glass to not purchase that bottle. To me thats high-class robbery. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT LCBO THEY HAVE ALOT OF BROKEN BOTTLES. It seems like products are not handled properly in good care and is unfair to customers. Employees at that location in general is no good and has very very bad customer service. Been shopping there more than 12 years but that all came to an end today.?♂️

Not the best location. Only one cashier, staff are too busy shelving, inattentive to even notice customer's who may need assistance; other staff going in and out the back, pretending to be busy.
