Smooth experience. Although, felt bad for the employees as there were two college-looking guys stealing liquor and a drunk man doing the same while shouting at the security. I felt unsafe.

Not bad. This branch gets the job done, and both in style and trying in substance. Staff are trying to be as helpful and accommodating as much as they can. However, there's an Asian woman (Chinese or Korean), nice and professional, dyed red hair, but she's skimming a bit in comprehension. If you're giving her an LCBO location for a search, she takes the location name as being the product brand. Therefore she concludes that the entire LCBO doesn't even carry it. She doesn't even question why nothing comes up in their entire company database! She should just simply verify with the customer or refer the customer to another team member. You have to admit and be true to yourself if you're not up to a certain level in language whether speaking or comprehending. Honesty helps everyone.
