Customer service was good. Do not recommend to buy gift from here though. The box that came with the jewellery was not classy. Spent $3k on a necklace that came in a cardboard box. The necklace is gorgeous but the box ruined it. It's fine if it was for own use, but it's disappointing that the box makes the gift look cheap. Really hope they could upgrade their packaging.

This place is never open anytime you go by there are closed 11 employees walking around in there but they’re always closed.

Went to buy some gifts for my family; I hate shopping but staff were quick, attentive and didn’t overbear nor overwhelm me. Helpful ladies and very polite and friendly with no pretence. Happy to come back

Poor customer service. I went in to have my watch sent for a warranty repair. I was told that they were closing in a few weeks for renovations, and won't reopen for a few months. They instructed me to go to their Yorkdale location to complete the process. It would have been great if they had started the process, sent the watch to their Yorkdale location (they must have a courier between stores), and simply change the pick-up spot to Yorkdale. Definitely a missed opportunity to provide exceptional service.

I have been a customer of Birks for several years. The quality of their jewelry is exceptional. The staff at the Sherway location are all great! I have dealt with Maya on several occasions and the service she provided was exemplary. I will continue to be a loyal customer!!!

Purchased a couple of my Cartier watches and a Messika bracelet from the staff at this location and all of them have been wonderful and welcoming, even when I’m just browsing.I can’t wait to check off some more pieces off my wish list with them! They’re some of the friendliest people I’ve met and highly recommend their service.

I recently purchased my first watch from Maison Birks Sherway location. I would like to thank Ash for providing a stellar customer experience. I have very limited knowledge of watches but wanted to get something that I would keep for a long time (potentially forever). I am also not a luxury consumer and would normally feel awkward entering high end stores. However, Ash went above and beyond, answered all of my questions and provided his own perspective without being overbearing; You could tell that he is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I also didn’t feel any pressure at all from him to make a purchase and I felt very comfortable throughout! Thank you very much Ash and team!

Ash the manager showed me around the store. They have a great selection of Breitlings and Tag Heuer, and Cartiers.

Ran into a major issues where I was charged close to $1,000 which I should not be responsible for paying (Flexiti is the credit card company Birks uses when you need a loan - do not ever use Flexiti because they are inflexible and not helpful). The only 2 people who assisted me in resolving my issue is ultimate Jean Claude Zakpiombu. He is thorough and extremely helpful. He is the reason I will ever buy again from Birks. Thanks.

There’s a fat man that works there who is more rude and condescending than this review. Absolute atrocious service. If I could give no stars I would. Shop somewhere else that’s more respectful
