I went to the new location, across the street and I already experienced something bad. In the shoe section an, Indian male employee was following me in every isle and giving awful stares with bad attitude. It’s a shame that people have to experience this in 2024, grow up to those who are ignorant and carry stereotypical mindset about other people and communities. This man needs to be replaced or fired immediately, because it’s sad how the people can work in an industry like this. This country is suppose to be culture diversity, but I guess not with people like this who think they’re superior than another.
Don’t recommend going to this mark location for anything and I will be spreading the news around social media and other platforms

For a brand new store, service was horrible. 2 employees walked right by me with no interest at all. I had a question about a product. I just left. Can't find good service anywhere these days??

Very rude behaviour, didn’t even listen to my request to split a bill by using two cards, just straight up said no , didn’t even ask for a bag , literally just folded the clothes and gave them in my hands. Unethical service by one of their staff , pretty much some old lady, the younger staff was nice enough. Monica and nabila helped us they were really good.

Melisa was a very wonderful worker! She helped me find the perfects shoes for my work and she was patient on me.

Came in to look for a pair of silver Jeans and needed sizes a I asked a lady named Basmah who was only folding clothes to help me with sizes and she told me very rudely to go ask one of the associates on the floor that were already busy helping other clients. Everyone was busy and I came back to her and she told me the associates can only help me with that I left without buying anything due to her an approachability and not wanting to help me.
Very disappointing experience on this Marks!

The is the Closest location to me. The quality in that store is 5⭐️ 's. They have very good quality boots and shoes. I like their selection a lot, though I have wide feet. So I'm not always able to find my size 10.5 hehe. I now buy my jeans there too, again quality!! My favourite part, they carry Non ripped jeans?( I work in home improvement). The staff are nice and helpful.

The Denver Hayes jeans are the most comfortable. The Copper Sole socks ? are perfect for working out. I love this shop.
