Now this' marks had what I needed and some. What puzzles me is how this store being smaller then other marks had all kinds to choose from, gloves had there own wall. I mean, I could have been there way longer np. I asked if there way any deals not expecting any , but bro looked out and saved me money !

I called ahead before going to the store to confirm if they had my size in timberland iconic 6 inch and was told they had two pairs in stock and took my name to put them on hold, I arrived at the store an hour and half later just to be told there’s no boots on hold for me and they don’t have my size. Basically I travelled for nothing and needed the boots urgently.

The store offers a great selection of clothing and pants. However, the customer service is just not there . They lied to me, didn’t know their policy, and argued with me a small words. Customer service is crucial in a store, especially when we make a purchase. Unfortunately, this location lacks it.

This was my second visit to the store and Darshi really helped me finding the best SS for me. I was confused at first about what to buy in SS as they had various options. Perhaps, Darshi listened to me and suggested the best fit for me as per my requirements and yah the shoes are doing a good job.

Was asked by another store to go there for a pair of boots that only they had in the right size.
Got there, no clients, 4 staff members in the store. Very quickly we're told no they don't have them. Kindly asked them again to check as all of the other 3 staff members were enjoying a nice conversation with laughter. Only one person helped. Little effort to find the boots. Very disappointed.

Came to get my black cargo pants and the associates here were very welcoming. ‘Mats’ especially, she didn’t only help me in suggesting the pants according to my work environment but also when not able to locate them in the store, she called the nearby stores for the size availability. Thanks for your help.
