Forever in love with the Matera glider. Well over a year later it is still like brand new. It looks wonderful, but feels even more incredible to sit/recline in! It is the perfect blend of comfort and support. Every time we are away from home for any reason - I miss the support of this glider so much! Thank you Monte for creating such a perfect glider!

We love our new custom sectional sofa from Monte Design. It was so easy to move down our stairs and set up. It looks spectacular and it is so comfortable. A great Canadian company!!

Shout out to Monte Design customer service! The frame of my Grano Recliner broke at the arm after 4.75 years. They are honoring their 5 year frame warranty and sending me a replacement chair.

We purchased the Matera glider recliner with swivel base. While the chair is comfortable and sleek, the mechanism is lagging. After just a few weeks using it in our nursery, the swivel is bugging, and the recliner is loud and keeps on opening randomly on its own, waking our baby up. Disappointed given the price and production time.

My Monte glider is literally my favourite piece of furniture ever! I’ve spent so many hours rocking my baby to sleep in this chair and napping in it myself. 10/10 for comfort and we always get compliments on it.

We have a Rockwell bassinet used for one baby part time. The edges were sagging really poorly, creating a suffocation risk. I reached out to them to see if I could get a new cover and they told me without proof of purchase (was a gift), I needed to buy a whole new basket at almost $400. They also only have a one year limited warranty on their $800 bassinet. It is cheaper for me to buy a whole bassinet second hand, than to purchase a new basket. I am really disappointed in a company that has such expensive products; their remedy’s and warranty to back their product is a joke. It would have been very inexpensive for them to provide me a new cover. Buyer beware.
Response to owner: I did contact your customer service team. They already confirmed that I have the correct mattress and cover. I have attached identical photos from my bassinet and your website - they are indeed the same. I have the monte sheets, as well as the sheets in the photo (I just bought these sheets on Amazon to try because they were cute - they’ve actually not been used AND sheets have no impact on the sagging fabric of the bassinet). Feel free to email me back if you would like to provide a new cover for the basket, as that is the defective part I have been asking you to address. It feels more like your company is looking for a way to justify not supporting your defective product.

We have only had our chair for a short time, so I can't speak to long-term quality of the product. However, my wife loves the chair we bought so far.
The bigger reason for this 5 star review is that for one reason or another, their shipping partner didn't fulfill the room of choice delivery option selected at checkout. I contacted monte design immediately and they provided a full refund of the room of choice delivery fee, I didn't need to fill any forms, I didn't need to fight, and the refund was processed the next business day.

I spend most nights with our new baby girl rocking in the most comfortable chair ever. Falling asleep often in it without ever any back or neck pain. Canadian made with amazing quality.

Ordered bedsheets for my bassinet rocker 2 weeks ago, still hasn't shipped nor have they responded to my email inquiry.
