I’ve been there twice. One time for returning FedEx package, the other time for printing posters and papers. I like there, price was reasonable, people were helping. I’ll continue going there

Sam company. Don’t trust them to send anything .
You can donate the refund to charity. Scammerers
Poorly managed. Who sends a package using a different carrier doesn’t tell the customer and them says too bad. They should not be in business.
Sent a package by Canada Post with insurance or so I thought by a distracted employee, it sat in the store for a week. They decided to send it by FedEx and after it sat in the store for a week THEY DECIDED WITHOUT MY CONSENT TO SENT IT BY ANOTHER PROVIDER TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS DECSION. The package after two months was never received. It cost $300. It had no insurance and FedEx refused any compensation so I go back to the shipper since they decided to ship it a different way. After many phone calls and two months of follow up they offered to pay back the shipping only. It's my loss for trusting this company and they lost my business.
Update. Have been there twice for a refund. Will never get my $300 of shipping.

Many print jobs completed here over the years and always got great quality and speed at a fair price. It's great to have a local shop with such capabilities.

Edited review: I indicated this location to pick up my order from Ssense. I took my box and when I got home, I realized that a pair of shoes I ordered worth $500+ was stolen. Ssense indicates that at no point it was stated neither by courier (FedEx), nor by this pick up location that there were any damages done to the box. I didn’t think of asking what was the weight of the box when I picked it up because I gave my trust to Netprint that they would identify whether there was any change to the weight of the box - but in fact it is 3 lbs lighter. Also from the photo you can tell the box is retaped. My advice: triple check your order right at the spot if you pick it up, since you might not get everything you ordered. Ideally open the box right at the spot and fix in photos and videos how you get your order and open it front of the employees. In this way you can protect yourself and you will have more supporting evidence of lost items in case you raise it with the seller. But in general interaction with the location is nice. This place has been my go to place from last 2 years for shipping, printouts or photocopy services. The staff is extremely helpful, last time I was there they went extra mile to provide excellent service to me. They have prices listed for all services clearly for us to understand the cost of the service we may request which is helpful too. I just wanted to thank the helpful staff.. hope everyone has the same five star experience there just like I have.

If I had negative stats I would give it to them. Worst customer service. Asked the person on the phone if they can print few pictures for my university project as a 2x2 on a cardstock paper. They said they do.
I went down there and then they discussed it together and decided that because they have a passport photo printing service that they would not be printing my picture. I asked her if I changed it to a 3x3 you would print it she said no we would print it if it’s 4x6 or larger. Super greedy attitude, I have printed there many times before, in fact I have printed a picture for another school project at the same store when the polite and helpful guy was there with no issue. Just absolute greed and horrible customer service, save your money and never go there again.

I had a fantastic experience with this print shop when I ordered custom table cloth labels. The prints were done with exceptional quality, exceeding my expectations. The staff was incredibly patient and guided me through the process with professionalism and expertise. I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend this store to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch printing services.

The staff were nice, but I just scanned a document here, it was $6, and it’s barely legible. Not worth it. If you have an iPhone just use that, the scan will be better.

The staff are friendly, but I can't help but feel taken advantage of. When the printing was done, the price shot up ten-fold. This is because printing from a photocopy and printing from a flash-drive come with different prices, and there are service charges.
This is partially my fault because I didn't think to ask about the details, but I get the feeling that they jump at the chance to be deceitful.
Make sure to ask about all and any fees before requesting a job to be done.
Good paper quality though.
