They never answer their phone. Even when they don’t have customers, don’t believe me, give them a call right now and see what happens.
I told Office about this and they also don’t care
They’ll probably be some “we apologize” reply from their account, and they are working on improving this. Where is the proof?
Despite me giving them any chances, and I’m an account for decades with them, They have given me the reasoning I needed to open up another account at their competitor.
Which I have resisted for a decade…

Is this a store? Certainly the people there don't seem to think or care so. Short, abrupt, unresponsive. Maybe business is too good for them so they can act this way. Maybe I should go into the business of selling plumbing parts if it's so good you can treat customers like garbage and still make profit.

Came looking for a fitting for my pond system, I get it they don’t have it, but work on your customer skills.
If you have or attend a business where you deal with customers in a daily basis, don’t make the customers like if they are a piece of garbage.

The worst. I came in with a completely solvable problem regarding a tub faucet, and they refused to help me because I hadn’t purchased it from them, and were extremely rude about it as well. Go elsewhere.

If you are a retail customer, you are treated as if you don't belong there. I enquired about a part and asked if it was something they carry, one employee politely said no, and tried to confirm with his coworker, who rolled his eyes at me, sighed and rudely said no. When I walked toward the exit, but stopped to look at some bathroom fixtures, they thought I had left. The rude employee barked to the other people in showroom "See that's the problem. People come in here with some foreign s#*t and expect us help them". Word-for-word, that's what he said. I may not be a plumber, but I'm 100% sure that's not how you treat people in a customer facing role. Guess I'll be shopping elsewhere for my basement renovation.

Good supplier, doesn't always have stock of needed product, call first. Staff are friendly and helpful.
