If you are a retail customer, you are treated as if you don't belong there. I enquired about a part and asked if it was something they carry, one employee politely said no, and tried to confirm with his coworker, who rolled his eyes at me, sighed and rudely said no. When I walked toward the exit, but stopped to look at some bathroom fixtures, they thought I had left. The rude employee barked to the other people in showroom "See that's the problem. People come in here with some foreign s#*t and expect us help them". Word-for-word, that's what he said. I may not be a plumber, but I'm 100% sure that's not how you treat people in a customer facing role. Guess I'll be shopping elsewhere for my basement renovation.

Good supplier, doesn't always have stock of needed product, call first. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgraceful service from counter staff. This location has no qualms about leaving you out in the cold, literally.Will not sell me a sensor that is in stock at location due to "liability issues" but I have no issues ordering it online at Amazon or Home Depot.I sincerely tried to support local and albeit, I'd have the sensor today with Nobel and Amazon will have it to me tomorrow.This attitude is one of the exact examples of the degrade in customer service and local business.This is why people are opting to choose online purchase methods rather than picking up the phone to bother seeing if they can get it up the road, infuriating road blocks and policy like this.Also, staff not adhering to public health safety measures... Walking around common areas shared by everyone with no mask on.

Brian helped us out. We were looking for a specific item (a toilet). Brian was friendly and knew his stuff. He told us about different models, options and availability and delivery. He gave us a written quote and suggested another part that would typically be needed to install. I would highly recommend Noble. (We are going to buy from them. The price was competitive with what I found on the web and at bigbox stores.)**This review was supposed to be posted with my rating but didn't post properly. The rating was 5/5.

Everyone from AquaRescue Plumbing deals with Eddy most of the time and its always great experience. Sometimes he uses his personal phone to give estimates faster and we really appreciate that! As licensed plumbers we deal with lots of clients every day, and having knowledgeable guy who knows exactly what we need and understands it over the phone makes a huge difference. Eddy is our guy!!!

Sold us a damaged humidifier in an open box and wouldn’t let us return it. They said we needed to go through generalaire to get our money back, which we were not able to accomplish despite almost a year of reaching out to both this store and generalaire directly. You’re better off shopping somewhere that stands by the products they sell.

I’m a general contractor. I’m trying to source a product, however, each time I call Noble (multiple locations including this one) no one answers. I went to this location in person as it is close to me and because I could not reach them by phone and they were open but closed to the public (locked door, but people inside) the notice on the door says “call in orders”, I called again, surprise, surprise, no response. Moving on to other suppliers who are still cautious to social distancing, but open and available to better meet customers needs.
